They are absolutely awesome. They really care about making sure everything is a good experience for both cats and their humans. They were very clear about what they were doing and made sure that we could be present when they were collecting samples for tests which helped put us and our senior cat at ease. It's so much nicer to be able to avoid waiting rooms filled with people and curious pets. No dogs stressing out my cats by sniffing at their crates. They made sure that there was someone holding and comforting our cat the whole visit. And the prices are really good compared to other places I've been. Our 2 year old kitten fell extremely ill within about a week, was going under potential liver failure, and we needed a fast diagnosis and turnaround.Even when diagnosis wasn't going to come in time, the vets deduced the situation and her condition properly to get her on the right anti-biotics and appetite stimulants to combat her condition, even when anti-biotics were in high demand and low stock.Within about 2 weeks she was eating, back to her playful self and chasing her toys like nothing happened.I think for the level of service provided, you're getting peace of mind with this clinic, and the cost is justified entirely.

Always a satisfying visit (for me. The cats occasionally feel otherwise, but get great care anyway.) So much easier and less stressful because no dogs are in the waiting room like a regular vet.
