However, thanks to Curtis and the PP team, there has been a significant improvement in my posture, physical strength & stamina since my initial evaluation. The best thing about the coaches is that they help correct your form, tailor the plan to focus on the areas that are the weakest for you, and ensure u never unintentionally injure yourself. I have never been a "gym" person, and aimlessly working out without a plan or guidance is not my thing, so I am truly thankful for the support and guidance I get at this place.“

It's easy to adjust your schedule in the app and there are always other included activities to participate it, running club, hikes and workshops. I highly recommend you try out this program.“

3333 Wallingford Ave N, Seattle“I'm an active 50yo and have been increasing my mileage on my road bike, got back into mountain biking, golf, and tennis, and would find myself sore and stiff despite trying to keep up with my stretching and yoga. When I got back into golf, I found my spinal rotation was limited, affecting my swing, so decided to look into Pilates. After the first visit, my lower back discomfort was gone. After a few more visits I felt stronger in my core and felt I could rotate better in my golf swing. I've met with three instructors and they are all wonderful and offer their unique perspective in helping me reach my goals. Studio is clean, warm and welcoming. Right now the 1:1 visits have been extremely helpful for me to focus on different core muscles. I regularly do resistance training and find one usually performs the motion and focuses on the muscle being worked as well as breathing, but Pilates takes it to a higher level of noticing your body/breathing. I can't say enough about Studio Evolve, it's exactly what my body needed for my activities.“

616 N 48th St Unit A, Seattle“I'd been thinking about getting a personal trainer for a long time and a year ago I finally took the plunge and signed up with Adnan. Now I can't imagine my life without it :) First, having a trainer managing your program for you (not to mention spotting you, racking the weights, etc) makes all the difference in making it a stress-free and frictionless experience. All you have to do is just get in the zone and Adnan takes care of the rest. Second, the consistency you get with a trainer means you're not constantly worrying about whether you're getting "enough" exercise--whenever you're not training, you can relax and just enjoy looking and feeling stronger (which, for me, happened surprisingly fast). Third, Adnan's private space in a quiet neighborhood is exactly what I was looking for--none of the distractions of a gym, it's just you and him and the workout. Fourth, Adnan has exactly the attitude you would want from a trainer--focused, knowledgeable, professional, but also a very relaxed and fun guy to be around (which is important for someone you're going to be seeing multiple times a week :) And last but not least, his rates are very reasonable. When I look at the cost of his program over a whole year and compare that to the health benefits and peace of mind I get from it, there's no question that it's a great return on investment. I highly recommend Adnan to anyone in the area who's thinking of getting into strength training and is just looking for a trainer they know they can count on!“

John will skillfully guide with the right set of activation exercises for immediate and long standing relief. He also provides exercise tips to continue at home to help with pain relief and recovery.
My overall stamina, strength and fitness have also improved significantly after I started training with him, thanks to his customized workout routines. His gym is a friendly non-intimidating space and John and his team make sure to put everyone at ease. Gym time at Reed fitness center is a fun time for me and family.“

Both of us basically hadn't exercised at all in about ten years, so it was challenging, but we have had a very good experience! The trainers at M2 helped us get back into exercising and taught us skills and exercises to help us on our journey to becoming more physically fit again.We looked in to other gyms in the area beforehand, but chose M2 because of the offer to do 2-on-1 training sessions together and because we liked the atmosphere at M2 the most: it's always an inviting and comfortable place to exercise as the space is very well maintained and the focus on working with trainers makes it easy to share the space even when there are multiple sessions going on at once.“

The first impression is that the students and coaches here are as close as family and help each other. I quickly decided that both myself and my daughter would participate in the training. Although you have been training for less than a month, you are already addicted to this kind of exercise that quickly makes you sweat - yes, "exercise addiction". This is a very rare experience for a middle-aged woman who does not like to exercise on a daily basis?!
Before each class ended, the students for the next class were already waiting at the entrance. I believe this scene says it all.“

“My daughter and I have done 3 semiprivate sessions so far and we couldn't be happier about the experience. The staff are extremely knowledgeable--I have come out of each session feeling both stronger and smarter. They answer my questions and offer suggestions with clear explanations that really help me visualize and feel when I'm doing things right. My main objective was to learn proper form for strength training. I'm amazed at how a tiny tweak to form can dramatically change which muscles I'm working, when I would never have been able to figure out for myself that I needed to make that tweak. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable and fun. And we love Stella!“
