I am very thankful that I found Progressive Performance! I have found the atmosphere to be very positive, all the trainers are very helpful, and friendly. I also feel that the other patrons at the gym are friendly too.

I love the support I get from the coaches and fellow members. It makes it easy to keep coming back.All my injuries are from working out incorrectly on my own. Progressive Performance has helped me take my PT to the next level, modified exercises to meet my needs, and provided the correct way to safely get me exercising again! Most importantly, my dog is happy I have the energy to chase her around the yard again.

This is a great place to develop and learn great exercise habits. The trainers are amazing at knowing you and helping you hit your fitness goals where every you may be on your journey !!
