“I really enjoyed this studio. My core usually never gets sore, but after trying their reformer class, I was definitely feeling it the next day or 2 after! I like the challenge of slowing down and feeling the mind muscle body connection. The trainers seem knowledgeable about how to process or modify movements if available. I also like that there’s yoga classes on the schedule and I look forward to trying those too. I’d suggest trying to book reformer classes because they can get popular and some people will eventually fall off the waitlist.“

“Working with Dan at F3 has been HUGE for my fitness, happiness, and overall health! I'm a previous college soccer player who has gotten out of shape. Dan's personalized workout plans are completely tailored to my current abilities, fitness goals, and future aspirations. What I love most is each workout is creative and never feels like just a list of lifts to complete - it is always engaging and functional for overall athleticism. Most importantly, form is not sacrificed - I always feel each exercise is safe and not rushed. 10/10 would recommend!“

“I met Luke when I was looking for a personal trainer to help with my rehab after a knee surgery. I wanted to transition from Physiotherapy focusing just on my knee to being able to exercise my full body again. I find it really hard to make time for exercise with a very busy work schedule. Luke has been amazing on this journey, he is very supportive, approaches our training holistically, paying attention to not only the progress in my body but also my overall motivation and wellbeing. Not only Luke but the whole team here are approachable and friendly. The environment is not intimidating at all, they cater for a large variety of clients ranging from professional athletes to those who simply need to learn how to use their body and exercise. I can now jog again and keep learning more about how to take care of my body.“

“My daughter and I have done 3 semiprivate sessions so far and we couldn't be happier about the experience. The staff are extremely knowledgeable--I have come out of each session feeling both stronger and smarter. They answer my questions and offer suggestions with clear explanations that really help me visualize and feel when I'm doing things right. My main objective was to learn proper form for strength training. I'm amazed at how a tiny tweak to form can dramatically change which muscles I'm working, when I would never have been able to figure out for myself that I needed to make that tweak. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable and fun. And we love Stella!“

“This gym is the best, I've been an LA fitness member (TWICE) and more recently an anytime fitness member. Renew has a smaller amount of people and space, but they use it BETTER than anyone else. “Tony has been above and beyond as a trainer and mentor. I came to Tony with your average gym-goer experience who doesn't know much about proper training or diet. Tony has been patient and an incredible coach since day 1. From the moment you talk to this man, you can see how much he loves his work and the people around him. This naturally translates to how much people love him in and outside the gym. Tony helped me lose fat while gaining muscle for my first ever bodybuilding show which I placed 4th. Then, Tony has been helping me with my bulk in which I gained around 50lb in one year while keeping my fat percentage not too high. My overall strength has gone up significantly. From only being able to bench 115lb to 225lb, squatting 135lb to 315lb, and deadlifting from 165lb to 405lb. Furthermore, Tony gives great advice and takeaways from his own personal life lessons. Overall, it is very pleasant to have Tony around as a trainer, a friend, and a mentor. I highly recommend Tony.“

“ZenRock feels like home. :) It has a warm atmosphere, people, state of the art equipment, and rooms. I've been going there for the last three months (three times a week one-hour sessions) and have only great things to say. They really listen to you and help you achieve whatever goals you want at whatever fitness level you are at (including beginner). My own trainer (Mehdi Ansari) as well as all of the other trainers I witness there are super competent, knowledgeable, fun, and really dedicated to helping you. Mehdi has helped me lose weight, gain strength, confidence. Real results! He also trains my 13 year old son. He makes it so much fun for him too along with actual results. This place is so much better than other fitness places (I've tried big gyms in the past) because of the truly personal focus, fun, and privacy they give you. Highly recommended!!!! :)“

“I have been working with Darren for about a year. I have a number of injury issues and he has been really great at identifying areas to work on and make modifications where I need them. I've seen significant improvement overall and can, for the first time in my life, do push-ups! We are now meeting via Zoom which I didn't think would work from me but it's actually been awesome. I was a few months postpartum with my second child when I started to get back into a workout routine and was nervous to begin strength training. Highly recommend anything seeking PT to train with Kathy.I started training with Kathy from a friend recommendation back in summer 2023, and it’s been such a great experience!
