The coaches are fabulous and bring energy to the classes and provide helpful corrections. There’s a strong community here, with regular social events for members outside of classes. I’ve built lifelong friendships from this place. The studio is spacious and cleanly and they offer a variety of class times.“

“I joined F45 in 2020 and it's been the only gym that I've ever enjoyed enough to go consistently, which makes it worth the price. I do not want to create my own workouts, and need a class schedule to get me to show up. This gym's bit is the emphasis on community building - extroverts will tend to make friends in any class, while introverts benefit from choosing the same class time with regularity. They do a heartrate monitor with membership for an element of gameification that I really liked before I accidentally sent my monitor through the wash. Highly recommend“

“This is the only gym/group fitness class that has ever worked for me. I started last year at age 44, overweight and totally out of shape. I joined with the sole goal of getting stronger. The coaches welcomed and encouraged me the entire way. I'm now down 20pounds, and in better shape than I was 10 years ago. The people are great - everyone's just there to work. It's all ages, all body types, so no judgment. Sam the owner is the best - she'll push you just enough to challenge yourself without getting discouraged or injured. I'm so grateful I finally found something that works for me!“

“I'd been thinking about getting a personal trainer for a long time and a year ago I finally took the plunge and signed up with Adnan. Now I can't imagine my life without it :) First, having a trainer managing your program for you (not to mention spotting you, racking the weights, etc) makes all the difference in making it a stress-free and frictionless experience. All you have to do is just get in the zone and Adnan takes care of the rest. Second, the consistency you get with a trainer means you're not constantly worrying about whether you're getting "enough" exercise--whenever you're not training, you can relax and just enjoy looking and feeling stronger (which, for me, happened surprisingly fast). Third, Adnan's private space in a quiet neighborhood is exactly what I was looking for--none of the distractions of a gym, it's just you and him and the workout. Fourth, Adnan has exactly the attitude you would want from a trainer--focused, knowledgeable, professional, but also a very relaxed and fun guy to be around (which is important for someone you're going to be seeing multiple times a week :) And last but not least, his rates are very reasonable. When I look at the cost of his program over a whole year and compare that to the health benefits and peace of mind I get from it, there's no question that it's a great return on investment. I highly recommend Adnan to anyone in the area who's thinking of getting into strength training and is just looking for a trainer they know they can count on!“

“As a participant in both the Strength Class and Boot-Camp run by Heather Delany of the Northwest Fitness Gym, I have nothing but high praise for Heather, the gym and the work-outs. Heather is a coach who can spot muscle weaknesses and provide exercises to eliminate those weaknesses while increasing the participants strength and endurance. Heather knows how much to push and coaches each participant to his/her best performance. The pay as you go plan means you don't have to put out money to join a gym that you don't use. I look forward to every work-out which is amazing since I participate in the 6:00 am classes. If you want to maintain fitness, increase fitness or just get in shape, I recommend that you check out the Northwest Fitness Gym.“

“Attending yoga classes at BendnMove has been a great addition to my routine the last few months. I started with zero knowledge of yoga or any idea what to expect, but Beth has made it very accessible to a novice like me. She has a very gentle approach and understands that I might not be able to yet do all of the things that more experienced practitioners of yoga can do, and gives me the space to struggle and learn at my own pace. “I have scoliosis and have dealt with chronic pain for most of my life with my pain levels consistently at a 5 or above. After the first few months of training with Candice about twice a week, my pain is consistently at a 3 or below.We started with releasing and stretching my IT band and any where else that was tight. I learned a bunch of exercises and how to recognize where I should be feeling it, and when I should modify or stop to avoid hurting myself.The exercises all utilize simple equipment like fitness bands, small weights, and a foam roller, so it was perfect to do the training sessions virtually and be able to keep doing the exercises throughout the week on my own time.Candice is very encouraging and has helped me with my fitness goals so far. As I continue to work with her, I’m more motivated than ever to continue strengthening my body and actually look at workouts as fun, which I never would have thought before.I am in so much less pain and have more energy. Training with Rosefit has completely transformed my life.“

We visited while on vacation in Seattle and we will definitely come again on our next trip!Accessibility: Easily accessible, their scheduling app makes picking a workout, time, and payment very easy. It took me less than 5 minutes, very impressed for a non-corporate gym. They had so many class options and times available I had no excuse not to workout. The facility is located on a corner and you can’t miss it, well lit and with lots of lockers and storage areas plus showers if you need them.Workout: Our regular gym is a strength and CrossFit gym and we fit right in. The Strength and Muscle classes we attended met the same needs we work regularly. Kyle is an awesome coach and spent the whole hour moving between all the attendees and assisting with form and modifications to meet each persons needs. The scalability of each exercise meant my wife and I each got a strenuous and worth while workout. They used a huge variety of strength options including kettlebells, TRX, dumbbells, barbells, and calisthenics+plyometrics. Awesome workout.Staff: As stated above, expertly friendly and helpful. From our first time popping in to inquire about drop in availability, to our last class they were a real high light of the experience. Extraordinarily friendly and approachable. They helped us pick out the best options for our schedule and get set up quickly with no hassle.Facility: Modern equipment that is well maintained. Clean, and well laid out. They had equipment I hadn’t seen at larger gyms including weight scaling options that you really have to look for if you want them, such as clip on weights for intermediate settings.“
