“Attending yoga classes at BendnMove has been a great addition to my routine the last few months. I started with zero knowledge of yoga or any idea what to expect, but Beth has made it very accessible to a novice like me. She has a very gentle approach and understands that I might not be able to yet do all of the things that more experienced practitioners of yoga can do, and gives me the space to struggle and learn at my own pace. This expedites the healing process and gets people back to their usual range of motion in less than 1/2 the time but you MUST consistently go for a full course of treatment.“

After the first few months of training with Candice about twice a week, my pain is consistently at a 3 or below.We started with releasing and stretching my IT band and any where else that was tight. I learned a bunch of exercises and how to recognize where I should be feeling it, and when I should modify or stop to avoid hurting myself.The exercises all utilize simple equipment like fitness bands, small weights, and a foam roller, so it was perfect to do the training sessions virtually and be able to keep doing the exercises throughout the week on my own time.Candice is very encouraging and has helped me with my fitness goals so far. As I continue to work with her, I’m more motivated than ever to continue strengthening my body and actually look at workouts as fun, which I never would have thought before.I am in so much less pain and have more energy. Training with Rosefit has completely transformed my life.“

“I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before my review to see what my experience might be.First and foremost, the staff (majority) is super friendly and exceptionally helpful. Sarah and Jack are absolutely gems of humans and staff.The gym itself is clean and not overly packed (even at the 5-7p hour) where you can’t get into a piece of equipment. Fellow guests have also been friendly when asking how many sets left or working in.As for other negative comments and experiences the only one that stands out as true- it’s the VIP list. However, it really isn’t the end of the world if you just talk to a staff member.Dakota was my sales guy - and from the first phone call he was never pushy and explained each of the 3 tiers.Finally cost, for the bare minimum- I believe it’s $49 and that’s a steal for free weights, isolation machines, and full cardio equipment.Medium tier (I don’t know the exactly cost, but I believe is in the $50/60s) is the basic tier plus the ability to have monthly InBody scans (which alone at most places is $30/40 scan). Again, a steal. If you don’t need body composition information then the beginning tier is perfectly fine.I’m on the champions tier, and it’s mainly to have access to TEX, Concept 2 SkiErg, Concept 2 Rowers, Assault Bikes, Rogue racks, medicine balls, slam balls, sleds, barbells and rogue bumper plates. All equipment for CrossFit, powerlifting, and weightlifting. Which is specialty equipment that generally is found in CrossFit boxes (which I paid over $220 month in Chicago for and a quick search shows a CrossFit gym that is roughly the same as Chicago). So cost again, a steal.As others pointed out there aren’t bells and whistles like hot tubs, pools, steam rooms, towel service. But if you want that, you’re not going to find it for $49/mo and can pretty much guarantee that if you want access to the specialty equipment as well as a full gym you won’t find it for less than $200 a month.ECA overall is 5 stars and I’m glad I found them gem.“

3900 SW Alaska St, Seattle“LA fitness is the premier gym in the area. The exercise equipment is excellent. There is a substantial number of weightlifting machines and weightlifting stations. Every muscle in the body is covered by the wide array of machines that are well-maintained. The club is unique in providing an indoor pool and excellent exercise rooms and aerobic equipment. The staff at the front door is extremely responsive and very helpful. All together, It makes you feel that Visiting the club should be part of your daily routine. Scott“
