I’ve been training in martial arts over two decades and CAA had to be the most memorable and meaningful experience. I started in their strength and conditioning program and a fellow lifter convinced me to give jujitsu a try. Coach Sonia has truly built something beautiful. We train hard and we take care of each other equally hard. My daughter and partner train here too. I can’t think of a better place to train as a family.

I am so happy to have found this gym!! I am terrible at pushing myself to go to a regular gym, but combining a good workout with a purpose like learning a new sport has helped me so much. The staff is so friendly and the overall environment is very inclusive. Its also a very relaxed and judgment free zone where I feel like I can learn and make mistakes and no one is watching me or making fun. I am already feeling stronger and I was surprised at how much it has improved my mental health as well. Thank you CAA!!!

The best BJJ and Muay Thai gym in West Seattle.An amazing and warm atomsphere. Everyone is treated as family.The people are amazing and the coaches are the best I have ever had.I absolutely recommend this gym.
