332 Burnett Ave S, Renton“I’ve been coming to Vigor for about a year now and it’s undoubtedly changed my life. After moving to a new city and becoming a mom during COVID, I was longing to find community and get fit! At Vigor, I’ve found both! The coaches and members here are real, whether you need a listening ear, caring heart or someone to talk some sense into you! I love it. And after being consistent for a year, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been-physically and mentally. From the beginning they are invested in your fitness journey, goals and are intentional about making you feel welcome. I can’t say enough great things about this place and highly highly recommend for anyone wanting to change their life and find a solid community who pushes you towards success!“

21819 Marine View Dr S, Des Moines“I really enjoy this location. It doesnt seem to get too busy, and the private bathroom with a shower is convenient. It's a little more expensive than other places and doesn't quite have the amount of equipment the other places have, but it suits my needs and I can access the facility 24/7“
8AM - 7PM
12811 14th Ave SW, Burien“I am so grateful to have found Jennifer and New Life Pilates - after I graduated from PT for knee and hip issues, I knew I needed more one-on-one assistance with continuing to build strength and pain-free mobility. I haven’t had any knee or hip pain since I started working with Jennifer, which is amazing!! And, no joke, life changing. Plus, she’s totally delightful to work with - I can tell that she really rejoices with me in how strong I’m getting, and she clearly knows just how much to push me to make even more progress without hurting myself. I hope to keep up my practice with her for a good long time! Yay for flexibility, strength and mobility for the long haul!!“
“Love this place. Always clean and the atmosphere is awesome. Mostly mature crowd which helps a great deal plus you get to work out at your own pace.“

1101 Outlet Collection Way #1275, Auburn“I used to like this gym....was working on getting my body back postpartum. However, they changed their policies on bringing babies in strollers to the gym and now you either have to pay $19 a month on top of your platinum membership for kids club (which is only on weekday mornings until 1) or not bring your child to the gym. It doesn't work for me as a working mom and student. I think the child free crowd will be happy but they will lose a lot of clients who are parents of babies! Also they plan on taking our annual fee and monthly fee out before letting us cancel. The owner is supposedly Christian but business practices say otherwise.EDIT: They reached out to make it right with us by not charging us the fees and making sure we were happy. We understand why they changed the policy, and are glad they have empathized with us and made it right. I have always liked this gym and it's great if you go there enough to make the money worth it. It's a bit expensive but honestly the best in the area. Maybe will return someday! Thank you guys“

I have a job that is incredibly demanding, physically and mentally. My trainer, Dave Fujita, makes sure that I am ready for anything that comes my way. He introduced me to kettlebells and boy have they changed my life!I had back issues while in my thirties, kettlebells have helped me walk into my fifties in better shape than ever before, most importantly, no back issues.I've been a client for nearly 2 decades.“

27245 172nd Ave SE, Covington“There are three LA Fitness locations within 4 miles of our house, and this is the best. They have a juice/coffee bar, a real treat after a good workout. The woman's locker room is clean with plenty of lockers and a dry sauna within the locker room. The sauna is spacious, too. This location has tons of machines, nearly all in working condition. The weight area also boasts lots of variety.I wish management would fix the spa in the pool area. This one issue nearly drops my 5 star rating, but overall, this LA Fitness location shines.“

Always clean, plenty of wipes and paper towels (unlike Southcenter), spacious and plenty of various machines and weights. Although it can get crowded I’ve rarely had to wait for a treadmill, elliptical or weight machines.“

“My daughter had 5 visits over the course of 1.5 weeks with ARP wave therapy and healed a jammed finger in 2 weeks as opposed to 6 without the treatment. This expedites the healing process and gets people back to their usual range of motion in less than 1/2 the time but you MUST consistently go for a full course of treatment.“
