“I took several hand-knotted carpets to Solak Rug Repair for professional cleaning - it was a mix of rugs that were purchased in Nepal, Pakistan, & Afghanistan, and all had been stored. They smelled musty. Solak Rug Repair returned the carpets in good shape, within a pretty short turn around. One had some moth damage on the end, and I didn't have much hope that I would be able to show it at home. Mehmet offered to fix it by removing the damaged end, then weaving it closed. The work was well done - it is smaller, but now I can lay it out for everyone to see. I am happy with all of the work. The icing on the cake - I thoroughly enjoyed talking with and learning from Mehmet about different kinds of carpets. Mehmet works from a solid technical and cultural understanding of how to clean and care for carpets. I can highly recommend Solak Rug Repair.“

They communicated about arrival well. They did a very thorough job and it was pretty quick. I was happy with the results. The couch doesn't smell anymore. The cleaning person was very friendly. “This was my third or fourth time with Chinook Services cleaning my dryer vent. They are quick to schedule and informed me of time estimates for arrival and time to do the work. My dryer vent is difficult to access (third floor outside access and close quarters inside a bathroom wall) but they are always able to do the work. I also receive a regular customer discount which I appreciate.“

Adrianne's Housekeeping has made all the difference! 3 women, always thorough and cheerful, arrive within a 2-hr window and clean for an hour. I still do a few tasks, but leave the "hard stuff" to them, especially vacuuming, mopping and 3 bathrooms. We are very happy with the service, especially my favorite crew, the most familiar with my needs. The only issue I can dig up as that it isn't always the same crew that arrives--still a cheerful and thorough crew, however--though my faves have recently become more regular. My highest recommendation!“
