“I needed my couch cleaned after my cat peed on it. A friend suggested this company. I filled out the form on their website and they contacted me in a few hours. They were very responsive over email. I'm glad I could communicate like that and not have to talk on the phone. They sent me an update about when they would arrive and I could track where their vehicle was. They communicated about arrival well. They did a very thorough job and it was pretty quick. I was happy with the results. The couch doesn't smell anymore. The cleaning person was very friendly. I don't usually have people come to clean but I felt good about having my couch cleaned by this company. I was told the starting price and that it might go up, depending on the job. Since it was a quick job, the starting price is what they charged me. I was happy with that. And happy that I know I can trust this company.“

“Putting up the Christmas tree, I noticed what appeared to be water damage on my ceiling. I call Wright Way as they were the first company to come up on my Google search and they offered a free consultation and estimate. I could not be happier with my experience.I called on a Saturday and someone actually answered (24/7 humans). The officer manager took down my information and said someone would reach out to schedule a visit. About two hours later, I got a call and an appointment was scheduled for the next day, Sunday (would have been same day, but I was busy on Saturday). Within 15 minutes of the call, the person confirmed via text message and asked a couple of follow-up logistical questions.The Sunday appointment window (between 4-5pm) was getting close; I got a reminder text 30ish minutes prior to the appointment with a more precise ETA (a specific time 4:15pm). They arrived early, unloaded, and were at my door at 4:10pm).Gear in hand and protective wear on shoes/boots, they quickly inspected the area of my ceiling and the bathroom floor in the room above. Thankfully, there was no active leak or water detected. They where honest and upfront with these results not trying to do work that didn't need to be done. I asked about documenting the visit for insurance purposes (incase the problem worsened) and getting a quote to fix the damaged areas. I was very pleased with how open and straight forward they were even though there would not be "work" from this specific call right away.I was promised a quote for the repair to be sent to me shortly and given an approximation of the duration of the repair effort, when I should expect the formal quote, and the best/worst times to schedule if I wanted to do so in the future.Long story short: quick response, professional people, thorough and patient explanations (even though no work would come from the visit right away), and one happy future customer.“
