I needed my couch cleaned after my cat peed on it. A friend suggested this company. I filled out the form on their website and they contacted me in a few hours. They were very responsive over email. I'm glad I could communicate like that and not have to talk on the phone. They sent me an update about when they would arrive and I could track where their vehicle was. They communicated about arrival well. They did a very thorough job and it was pretty quick. I was happy with the results. The couch doesn't smell anymore. The cleaning person was very friendly. Rene was a great technician. He was so informative and courteous. He even gave me information on the furnace that I was not aware of. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Had my carpets done 5 months ago. This time Rene came and cleaned all carpets and an area rug. Excellent job. Very professional. Highly recommend. Friends have asked who did the rugs where the dog lives and I recommended Hydra Clean without hesitation!
