I shopped around quite a bit for this service. Then I got busy and sat on my quotes for awhile. Chinook was the only company who politely followed up with us and prompted me to get going on this project again. They were always polite and helpful with my questions. When I finally booked the service, the two young men who came out were very kind and professional. We had requested roof and gutter cleaning as well as interior and exterior window cleaning services. They took the time up front to explain exactly what they were going to do from beginning to end. The services they performed only took about 3 hours and I felt it was a great value for the price. We had let the moss accumulate for too long on our retaining walls. The crew arrived early. They were able to power wash and obliterate the very thick, unwanted moss from the smooth and rough surfaces in a very short time. We are more than satisfied with how our retaining walls look now.
