Very quick and easy, straightforward pricing and accommodating about including walk-in closet areas and such. Mikao was polite and friendly, wore the little slippers over his shoes, gave an accurate time estimate (2 hours for 4 areas), and gave tips for keeping our carpet clean afterwards. Definitely appreciate that the cleaning was eco- and health-friendly too so we could keep walking on it and so could our cats. Be prepared to have the door open a crack as the hose has to stretch from their van to where they are cleaning (they do take precautions to protect your wall corners).

Second cleaning. Same high standards. Very thorough.No soapy residue. Excess moisture gone. Technician spent 2 hours. He was responsive and gracious about moving some furniture which I couldn't do due to being in recovery from recent surgery. Carpet looks great.Service: Carpet steam cleaning
