“I received a coupon in the mail for a furnace check up for $59.00 so I thought that was a real good price so I called them and set up the appointment to have my 25 year old furnace checked out since it had been running erratically. I’m so glad I did because the nicest man , Glen Ashford, came out and did a check up. The news wasn’t good, my furnace inside was cracked and the control board was burned along with some water damage he said it should be “red tagged”. In other words it’s illegal to run it safely with the damage it had. (Well it’s Christmas time so of course my furnace must die!!!). Glen calmly and patiently explained everything to me and showed me pictures of all the damaged parts. He never once pressured me or even tried to sell me a new furnace. Needless to say I asked him about their furnaces and I ordered one. I felt like he was super honest, friendly, patient and someone I could trust, and would definitely call on again. He set up the install for the for the following business day and Brandon Miller came out and removed the old furnace and installed the new one. He too was friendly and polite and on time.
I also want to mention how nice Amanda was. She set up everything and did an excellent job. She was very good on the phone, easy to understand, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company 100%!!!“

“We had AAA Heating and Air install a new furnace and heat pump into the house we are reconstructing on Mercer Island. Because it is a complicated project there were some coordination issues along the way which ended up with a few loose ends to wrap up prior to cover up.
AAA sent out their lead ducting specialist, Drew Fisk, and he custom fabricated several pieces which we needed so the register covers could be properly placed over the drywall, and he even stayed late to complete the work and was sure to have me put eyes on everything to make sure I was happy.
The staff at AAA has been pleasant and communicative but the five stars are for Drew.

“After getting 5 estimates for replacing a 22 yr old gas furnace/ac system, I decided to go with Green City. Estimates were for Lennox, Bryant, American Standard systems from big company contractors. Then I met Jeff from Green City that brought up the Daikin system and Lennox. It was really a pleasure meeting Jeff who answered my questions and informed me of Daikin (which I was not familiar with) and Lennox. I can tell being a small family owned business that he values his customers. He gave me information on Daikin and even mentioned a new facility called the Daikin Experience to see their HVAC systems. Jeff said whichever system I selected are excellent systems. After our meeting, several days later I went to check out the Daikin Experience. Jeff even took the time to meet me there since he has not seen it himself since its recent opening. The Daikin Experience provided more information to me that was very valuable. After the tour, Jeff and I sat down to talk about the Lennox vs Daikin. Daikin was more in pricing vs Lennox. Again, he reiterated that I could not go wrong choosing either system. After some discussion I decided to go with the Daikin Fit heat pump/Gas furnace system and have Green City do the job. Jeff worked his magic to make the Daikin system more attractive and it was a quick and easy decision. 2 weeks later Alex and Ron arrived to remove the old system and install the new. Alex and Ron were terrific. They were particular in the install process the way I like it. Im pretty fussy. Victor the electrician was later present to complete the electrical aspect of install and he was very personable. When all was done, they cleaned up and the install looked good. Alex provided a tutorial on how to use the new thermostat. The estimate and install process with Green City was great and Im very satisfied with them. I already recommended them to my cousin who ended up getting a new Daikin system too.
There was a small glitch after 6 days from install, the system shut down. The safety condensate switch was triggered and shut down the system. After calling Green City, they took immediate action and showed up next day. I call that good customer service. It was basically an adjustment to the condensate drain and now it has worked perfectly 2 weeks later. I have now had this system for 3 weeks and Im glad I picked Daikin and having Green City do the job. If you are looking for a contractor for an HVAC system, consider Green City Heating and A/C.“
