Trainer Lindsay is extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring, patient, kind and motivational. I couldn't have asked for a better IC and personal assessment for my specific needs and goals. I've learned so much from her. The facility is in a great location, corner store front with tons of windows, natural light and ample parking. The layout is spacious, clean, comfortable, and aesthetically appealing with ample workout zones and top notch like new equipment. Bathrooms are also clean and well maintained. Red light therapy is awesome as well as their aqua massager which is a total game changer to have all in one place. Other members present were respectful and quietly doing their own thing. The amenities and incentives are really spectacular. I can't say enough great things. Anyone interested in regaining some self care, or just looking for something new, I highly recommend checking this place out to see if it works for YOU, and schedule an IC with trainer Lindsay.“

I regard my Method workouts as preventative medicine for a healthy heart and body. As someone with a long history of orthopedic injuries and surgeries, I have worked with many physical therapists and trainers over the years. Never have I experienced one as in-tune with body mechanics and kinesiology in my life. I feel stronger and less injury-prone after 5 months of training with Brad. And when/if I come in with pain, he is able to adjust our training session on the fly to address any concerns--and most of the time the issue has resolved by the time I leave. I may have used the word "magician" when describing Brad to family and friends more than a few times. If you are looking for a highly personalized experience for increased strength, function, and injury prevention, your search is over.“

The classes are only 30 minutes long, which makes it a great option for those like me with a busy schedule. The classes combine high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and active rest. The classes are designed to push you to work hard, and the coaches, Coach Mariko and Coach Tristin are very supportive and motivating. Not only are they supportive and motivating they hold you accountable. The workouts are customizable, so you can modify them to fit your needs. The gym is clean and welcoming. Overall, the Woodbridge Fit Body Bootcamp is a great choice for those who want to challenge themselves, get in shape in a positive, supportive atmosphere.“

From intake with Kimior to a year later of working out with the amazing Michaela, I have had a great experience. It is evident that Kimior has put much thought into creating a gym environment that is warm and welcoming to people of all ages and in all stages of their personal growth. I love that they emphasize health in its entirety--including sleep, nutrition, stretching/flexibility, muscle growth, fat loss (if that's your goal) and even a positive mental health. Michaela, in particular, has been an absolute blessing to my health and wellbeing. She is always ready to adjust my workouts based on my ongoing injuries and soreness, and has even implemented more mobility work to help with my injuries. “I could go on, at length, about what Tom has provided for me, after working with him the past few months. Quite simply, he has given me my life back. I’m 61 yo and did not like how I was feeling, I could feel my life slowly dimming and ability to go, get around, and honestly enjoy myself. During the first session Tom began to adapt my workout, based on where I was. He has continually designed, adapted, and modified workouts to provide the right amount of true challenge. His support after sessions is perfect.

I was really nervous to try one b/c I have lots of issues—a knee implant, a torn meniscus, and a torn rotator cuff, plus my age. But Berhani Mehari, the owner & trainer, was just a marvel! He definitely pushed me hard and I was so happy with my increased fitness level, especially my strength. Yet, at the same time he was very conscientious in working around my joint problems and always listened to what I told him was going on with my body in the moment. He really knows his stuff; I always felt that I was in safe hands. I just can’t recommend him enough.“
