I came to Performance Care to work on hamstrings issues that had been bothering me for over a year. Dr. Sam carefully listened to my issues and created a comprehensive plan to improve my pain. He gave great exercises and treatments that really helped me feel strong and able to keep working out at a high level.Sam was flexible and quick to answer my concerns when I reached out. His dedication to his patients is truly next level and completely worth it.

I started seeing Dr. Sam 18 months after lumbar spinal fusion because I wasn’t making the progress I had hoped. Dr. Sam has been amazing- he listens, asks questions and provides effective exercises that have allowed me to get movement and strength back through my whole body and back to an active lifestyle. I highly recommend Dr. Sam!!

Excellent care! I came in about 3 weeks ago with nagging hip pain. Dr Rosalie was able to assess the likely issues and prescribe exercises that have dramatically improved my hip. I am now on the path to getting strong for my next big hike! I am very happy with the results.
