“Khalid is terrific. Extremely responsive and attentive. We had a leak in our dishwasher. He came out and could not find the leak. He did not ask for any payment and we agreed I would keep an eye on it. Once I found the source he came right back and diagnosed what parts he needed to order. Again, he did not ask for payment. Once the ordered parts came in, he let me know and came back to fix it. He never asked to be paid until the problem was resolved. He is kind and so pleasant. I highly recommend him. He will not disappoint.“

“We have a 20-yr-old Viking range that was getting dangerously hot on its exterior front when the oven was on. Harold made multiple necessary repairs, but the issue persisted. Confirming with Viking that he tried the right things but the issue simply was not fixable, A-Nova provided a gracious refund for much of the work. I appreciate their integrity and the attention our issue received over multiple visits from Harold.“

“Five year old LG Smart Fridge with the infamous linear compressor (with 10 year warranty) stopped cooling. Contacted LG for service options and of the three, Brandsmart responded immediately. I sent Sean a photo of the info tag while on the phone and he worked out what would be required to complete the suspected needed repair (yes, the compressor! ) and replace with better than original parts. Amazingly, a tech was in the area and in less than an hour, Nigal (Nigel?) confirmed the diagnosis and promptly began work. The next day, it's working like new, at fraction of the cost of a replacement. Very pleased overall .Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair“
