“Five year old LG Smart Fridge with the infamous linear compressor (with 10 year warranty) stopped cooling. Contacted LG for service options and of the three, Brandsmart responded immediately. I sent Sean a photo of the info tag while on the phone and he worked out what would be required to complete the suspected needed repair (yes, the compressor! ) and replace with better than original parts. Amazingly, a tech was in the area and in less than an hour, Nigal (Nigel?) confirmed the diagnosis and promptly began work.
