It was fairly decent turn around time given the circumstance. I understand the techs experience as I used to be a service tech in my previous jobs. The big difference is in my previous industry I only service one brand and 5-6 models. The appliance techs work on several brands and multiple models so it is almost guaranteed they dont have the parts they need on hand. They really do their best because the only way the customer is satisfied is when they have fixed the issue.“
