Mr Appliance arrived at the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me options. My oven is old so they had to order the part for repair. It arrived in the time they said it would. He was able to fix it in about 30 minutes. He also gave me advice on my other appliances that will save me money in the future. I will use them again in the future.

All three Mr. Appliance technicians who visited our rental were knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. Only negatives were that only one offered to wear shoe covers and another, I feel didn't fully do their job. E.g. Dishwasher wasn't working when we moved in. Tech got machine to work, but didn't clean out the filter despite saying "having a clean filter will prolong the life of your dishwasher". We're grateful to have our appliances working and would recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone.
