“My wife and I are first time homebuyers, celebrating our one year anniversary, and have a baby due in October. I only say that to paint the picture of how truly amazing Danny and his team at AVS ARE. Our AC broke while my wife is 31 weeks pregnant. We had no clue who to trust, had no good leads, and no where to turn. Thankfully AVS was there to make the impossible, possible. They are intentional, flexible, timely, and extremely professional. They installed a brand new HVAC and humidifier for us as well as the thermostat. The technicians are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. “Nabil is a one man operation and he's fantastic! We had a problem with our dishwasher. He came by within a day and fixed it! Costs are reasonable and he's very knowledgeable. We also had some other issues. Garage outlet had a bad outlet that kept tripping he diagnosed and a tub that wouldn't run hot water. If you are in need of a maintenance person that is knowledgeable and reasonable, Nabil is your guy! Do exercise some understanding that he's working and alone and sometimes he may not be able to respond immediately. We had to reschedule due to his other job taking longer but it was totally understandable. Fantastic and will refer and use again!!“
