I broke my old glass cooktop last week & was losing my mind with Christmas coming next week. Jimmy was amazing! He answered every question we had quickly & professionally, quickly located a replacement & presented me with a quote & then came & completed the install. All in one weeks time. To say I'm impressed is a understatement, especially when you factor in how reasonably priced I feel everything was! I can't thank Jimmy & Appliance Services Inc enough!

ASI just repaired our Kenmore fridge yesterday. Scheduling was easy. Jimmy was knowledgeable, quick, and honest. I asked him to replaced the seals around my refrigerator doors. Instead, he gave me the part number and showed me how to do it myself as it's a very simple 10 minute task. ASI will be our appliance repair shop going forward.
