“I highly recommend BT Fitness! I am in my late 60’s and, while I have been active and have exercised all my adult life, I never had a trainer. I was really nervous to try one b/c I have lots of issues—a knee implant, a torn meniscus, and a torn rotator cuff, plus my age. But Berhani Mehari, the owner & trainer, was just a marvel! He definitely pushed me hard and I was so happy with my increased fitness level, especially my strength. Yet, at the same time he was very conscientious in working around my joint problems and always listened to what I told him was going on with my body in the moment. “Igor is an amazing personal trainer! I’ve been training with him for almost 5 years and he still surprises us with his variety of exercises-you don’t get bored. He is able to modify all exercises to individual needs and he’s great with helping you recover if you’ve had an injury or surgery.He also works out with you-he’s not one to stand around just counting for you. Igor also gives you workout plans while you’re traveling and will Zoom sessions too. His prices are so reasonable given the amount of training and talent he brings. And, he’s just one of the nicest people you’ll meet. My strength, stamina and balance are better than some of the younger clients and that’s thanks to Igor. I ran my first Army 10 Miler and also finished the Stadium Spartan race!“

His work with me has evolved with every week and every new concern/area of focus. He has a very personalized approach to meet the needs of my body. “I am a sucker for group workout classes, so of course I had to try out Barry's and it did not disappoint! Their facility is so nice. They have a shake bar to order protein smoothies ready to go right after your workout. They also supply their bathrooms with ouai products. Something about running and working out under the red light and to the edm/house/upbeat music hits different. This workout is definitely not for the faint of heart as it is a hiit style workout with 30 minutes of treadmill running/inclines and 30 minutes of strength training. Either way, it is a hard class, but I love it!“
