“My bath faucet broke and I couldn't turn my water off. This company (specifically, Christopher and an assistant) was able to come out sooner than any other company I contacted and get the issue resolved (they installed a new faucet cartridge). Now, the faucet is like new.After the repair, my sink faucet started having a low flow issue, and I contacted A&T and they walked me through how to fix the issue myself over text message, which I really appreciated.I did have to have them come back out the next day to make the water able to be set to a hotter temperature, but they did it for free and it wasn't their fault either as I had already taken off the handle myself, which "lost" my previous setting, so they just set it back to the middle. If that makes sense. Point is, they came out and fixed another small issue that wasn't their fault and they didn't charge me for it. This company is awesome. I highly recommend going with them!Update: I did notice a crack or scratch in my faucet face plate or whatever you call it that I don't think was there before, so it might have been damaged by the installer from this company, and they didn't tell me about it (if they even realized they did it), but I guess no one's perfect. Probably can install a new one myself.“
