He helped give me some recommendations to get us through the weekend until he could get there.He communicated his arrival time via text and arrived early. He assessed the issue and fully explained what needed to be done and the cost to fix the issues, clog in the pipe and a broken disposal. “We have a difficult hot water situation with trouble with sediment and a Rinnai tankless water heater. After several three different trips, consultation with Rinnai, Marc stayed with our issue and did not stop until we had reliably hot water. They were out installing a new compressor unit (lower unit) and in the process installing a hard start on the upper unit they uncovered the low voltage problem that was keeping it from starting up.
