We had a clogged sink as well as a leak right before the weekend, I called Chris and he said he would be able to stop by on Monday. He helped give me some recommendations to get us through the weekend until he could get there.He communicated his arrival time via text and arrived early. He assessed the issue and fully explained what needed to be done and the cost to fix the issues, clog in the pipe and a broken disposal. He quickly fixed both items.After the job we had a couple questions about other things in our home and he stayed and fully answered and explained those, really appreciated that level of customer service.I will definitely be calling Chris again to help...read full review

I called in the morning, and Chris came out in the afternoon same day. We discussed the problem ; my wife and I decided to go with a new water heater. Chris returned the next day, and had the new one installed quickly. Professional and courteous. Couldn't ask for any thing more !
