Referred to Nathan from a neighbor and boy am I happy I was. Called Nathan on a Saturday and got a call back same day. Nathan took the time to listen to my problem and concerns and walk me through a temporary fix to get me through the weekend. Knows his stuff, dedicated to his craft, looking out for his customers, and a genuinely good person. I can't recommend Nathan's Plumbing enough. UPDATE: 8/8/23 - Nathan had referred me to Proven Plumbing to have our 40 gal gas hot water heater replaced in our attic space. Reached out to Nathan yesterday for an issue with our water heater pilot light. He was great in communicating with us about what might be going on, helped us get the heater up and running again, and worked out an action plan depending whether the issue recurs. In addition he gave us a timeline on getting parts if needed and how quickly he could get them installed. Nathan and his apprentice were friendly and got the job done ASAP. Nathan is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things, he also gave us some advice for winterizing pipes. During the initial conversation, he can usually diagnose the problem via customer information and smart phone photos. Therefore, our plumber can come to your home or business, prepared. If you call a large company, usually a secretary, with minimal to moderate plumbing knowledge, answers the calls. Then the plumber will come out to diagnose the problem. At Nathan’s Plumbing, you get a master plumber every time.
