Jon from American Eagle Plumbing came today, right on time, and performed the work needed to fix my turn off valve leak and install pressure valves that were needed. Jon was very polite and took the time to explain why he had to do the things that were needed. I rate him the highest I can

Jon was great! Very knowledgeable and experienced. On time and texted/called before when on his way. Replaced our bib (external faucet) and some pipe that had a leak and rust damage. Did all work same day and was able to move up the day of work from when appointment was originally scheduled. Explained everything thouroughly and answered all my questions. Jon was same one who helped me over a year ago with a water heater replacement and remembered and asked how maintenance on it was going. Great guy and amazing service.
