Holin with Airview was fantastic! He was able to clearly communicate what the problem was and quickly made the adjustments at a very fair price. Plus, he wore booties in the house and gave our animals lots of love while we were talking. I've now got a new HVAC company in my back pocket!
Excellent service on this third visit to try and figure out a difficult and puzzling problem with my a/c. These technicians and service manager are awesome!!! They didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need and yet they came back multiple times until they figured out the problem. It was a real puzzler!! Not only did they never give up, they didn’t charge me a dime for all the extra trips it took to solve the mystery problem even though I offered to pay them for the additional trips. I’ve dealt with many fine service companies and technicians personally and through my businesses and not one of them ever impressed me like this group I have referred them to my friends and neighbors and will continue to refer them whenever I have the chance.
I expected new filters to be installed. I understood that was included. Please respond. The company responded promptly and clarified what I was told with what the plan provides, one filter per unit, not filters for all returns. They made good on what I was told, providing all filters. Very pleased with their customer service.

Cute, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. I searched for the best eyelash salon near me but was unsuccessful in finding a lash tech I could trust with my lashes. I was referred to this beauty salon. It was a bit of a drive to McKinney but worth it. I was able to get an eyelash extension removal done and received a patch test. If all goes well, I'll be back to get either lash extensions or a lash lift. Thanks for your help darling!
I tried many hair salon as a new locked girly and with the inflation prices out there, I even tried DIY. The salon ambiance was amazing,I was also able to connect to their wifi and get my work done. My hair came out amazing without breaking the bank. I have found my go to Salon.
I feel very lucky to have found Joe’s salon. It is easily accessed in McKinney and has a quaint, private vibe. After giving me a comprehensive consultation Joe was able to deliver the color and style that I wanted. Not an easy task with my crazy curly hair. I would definitely recommend Joe!

Chong is AMAZING! Had relocated from Austin a few years ago and have been bumping around from one place to another. Wanted at least a "decent" cut, but wasn't willing to spend high end salon prices. Tried several and after my last person canceled on me I decided to search for someone new and was fortunate to find time in her busy schedule. Could NOT be happier! The amount of time and attention she puts into it is more than I've ever expected. She NAILS it! I'm used to feeling good about a haircut when I leave a place, only to regret it a few days or so when it starts to grow out. That hasn't happened with Chong. And the price is EXTREMELY reasonable! And guys, pay the extra few bucks for the shampoo. It's liquid therapy. SO good!
Karina has been taking care of my hair for close to 18 years and always manages to make me look brand new again. I call it “getting the hag out of my hair”. Brought two young men in for cuts with two completely different hair. Being young men of this generation they weren't very vocal about what they were wanting and did a lot of shoulder shrugging, but Michael fixed them both up and managed to get them exactly what they each wanted. I went to Sol Sunless Tanning two days before my daughter's wedding. I am very pale so was concerned that it would not look natural. I was totally surprised at how good it looked! I was just glowing and got so many compliments on how well I looked. I got light medium and you could definitely see the difference. I will say about day 5-7 I did start to look a little orange as it wore off. It didn't matter to me since wedding was over.
I love Taylor the owner. She does an amazing job and my color is always fantastic for all of my events and weekly tanning. I have a Monthly membership so you can have spray tans every week so I also looks amazing. This is the only place to go.
Staff is friendly but I’m sure management has them push products. Many beds have issues that go I corrected for weeks at a time. Know these things going in the door and you will have a good experience!
I am so happy I did my research and got a gel x set from Uchi nails. The salon suite is so cozy and inviting. Tee made me feel very easy going and pressure free. Tee was very detailed and was constantly checking in with me to ensure I was happy with my nails, her work is amazing and you can tell she cares! I rarely get my nails done because I have not found someone I wanted continuously go to but now I finally have! Cannot wait to go back and have another pretty set done!!

My favorite nail salon. I have seen many of the nail artists here, and none have disappointed. My nails come out great every time, and they last forever (aka until my next appointment). They have so many color options, so if you're indecisive, plan to spend a bit picking out what you would like! I've also gotten nail art here, and it was absolutely beautiful. I had an amazing experience at Carrie Radish! They got me into a last minute appointment and Madison was fabulous. She was efficient and so sweet. Even took the time to tweeze some stragglers! Schalon is amazing. Truly gifted. I have been getting my lashes done since 2018. I love mega volume lashes!! Prior to coming here, I went to a different place that either switched products or the technician was applying them incorrectly. I had started to have a massive 5 day reaction after fills that left my eyes swollen and my real lashes destroyed. I was going to give up and just remove them because I thought I would just not be able to have lashes anymore. I switched to Lash Architechs and Shalon worked with me for 2 months getting my lashes where they needed to be again. Now I have the largest volume lash ever and hardly have any fall outs. NO SWELLING at all after fills. Amazing when you go to someone who is skilled, uses quality products, and has lots of patience. Look at these lashes girl ❤️

This place is newly built, they accept deposits on Venmo and have live in deals! I was pleased with everything I saw during the tour. The owner is very knowledgable. The only reason i did not rent a suite here is because it’s far from where I live. I will definitely consider this suite in future!

I stopped in here not really knowing what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by the results! I got a women's cut and a color for about ~$80-90 (including tip) which is a really reasonable price--I've paid upwards of $150 at some salons! My hair is really curly, which a lot of stylists don't know how to work with-but the woman who did my hair was great!! I can't remember her name, but she really gave a lot of bounce to my hair and gave me some good tips on how to keep it looking nice and moisturized. The color job was pretty standard and way better quality than the 'do it yourself' method out of the box. As to the environment of the salon, the stylists were really friendly and the salon itself had a cool 'jungle theme' with a few cute little tie-ins decorated around. They even had this giant tiger mural I wanted to steal!! Overall I had a really good experience there and plan to go back when my roots need touched up!

I got an adjustment today with Newmyer Peak Performance, and he gave me the best adjustment I’ve ever had in my life. He spends time and *really* assesses your needs. I cannot recommend him and his practice high enough. Dr. Newmyer is the real deal!
I went in for a Brazilian wax and I am satisfied with the service provided. The owner is very nice and professional, she makes you feel very comfortable. Her shop also offers various clothing items and jewelry for sale i thought was very cute. I will definitely be going back for future appointments. I took pictures of some earring i wanted to show my daughter. But just one of many things she has in her store front.

So glad I found this place! Most comfortable I have ever felt having a Brazilian wax! Ciara makes you feel like you are just chatting with a friend the whole time and you don’t realize what she’s doing. Also love that she is fast and efficient.
Latavia is awesome. I don't know if it's her technique, or her wax or just what, but I can go longer in between appointments. Also she uses jasmine oil while waxing and there is noticeably less discomfort over using talcum powder!!! Give her a try!!! You will be hooked!!!

We chatted about my skin and she customized the facial to my needs. The experience was incredible with great smelling products and relaxing massage not just for my face, but my arms, hands, and neck. Abby did such an amazing job on my daughter's (7 yr old) ear piercing. She was so patient and kind with my very nervous little one. She talked to her and made her feel so comfortable. When we left my daughter kept saying "that lady was so nice"!

I really loved this place. It has the vibe of a romantic B&B that you’d see in a movie. The massage therapist, Meg, was very easy to talk to and get along with. My back felt insanely better after my session with her. Monica did my facial and pedicure. I was about halfway through my facial and fell asleep during the oxygen treatment she did. It felt very cooling and refreshing. She knew her stuff! My skin was absolutely transformed after and she told me it would look even better the next day; she was right! My pedicure came out beautiful as well. I will definitely be back in the future.

The Signature Organic Package was life changing for me! Prosecco to start and then body polish/hydrating wrap, lunch from Patina Green, Swedish massage, and signature (amazing) facial. My face was so clean it was literally squeaky. ? I saw Mikaylah and Ann and my friend saw Abigail and Lauren. All were so kind and their technique was perfect! It was 4.5 hours of pure relaxation and self care that reset me after months of stress. As I write this my skin is so glowy and hydrated and my body and mind relaxed! Best of all there was no high pressure sales pitch to buy their products but they can suggest some great ones if you ask. I left with an Organic tinted sunscreen and my friend with a soy candle. I’ve been looking for a good curl stylist in the Dfw area, ever since I moved here, but was cautious. When I found Michaela in Plano I was very happy with the result, but was even more excited to know that she actually has salon in McKiney (which is much closer to my home). I totally agree with other comments - she’s an amazing specialist, always listens to my thoughts and concerns and gives great suggestions. So if you are looking for someone to take care of your curls - she is your person!
Awesome quality products! I’m from Canada, and I will say it’s worth the longer time it takes to ship products here. The lashes are amazing and fan like butter!! The Halo Bolt glue is also the best UV glue I’ve used. Retention is absolutely phenomenal. Definitely recommend!!

Jamie was my H&MU artist and she was absolutely incredible! She took time to learn about my skin and hair which I really appreciated. On my wedding day, my hair and makeup looked amazing! I have very oily/shiny skin, and Jamie did my makeup such that it stayed matte all evening and late into the night. My hair is very flat and resistant to curls, but Jamie did a beautiful half up-half down style with curls and those curls stayed all night! My wedding look included forehead jewelery (called a tikka, common in Indian bridal looks) and she secured the jewelery into my hair so it stayed all night too. I pretty much can't imagine having a better H&MU experience on my special day. Additionally, Erin herself was very helpful with logistics, scheduling, and payments. My two friends and I got screwed over my Boss Frog tattoo (we'd made an appointment with the tattoo artist who in turn flaked), and we had our hearts set on tattoos that day. We quickly got on Yelp and found Infinity 13 Studio. We called and they had an opening for us so we headed right over. Dutch, the owner and tattoo artist), was able to create all of our tattoos beautifully. He stenciled and free-hand drew some amazing creations. Incredible work by Jimmy, Shaun & the team! We are selling our house & had some water pressure issues with the hot water. Shaun came out & determined we had a leak somewhere under the house. Jimmy came out the next day & discovered that not only did we have a leak under the foundation, but our hot water heater was also filled with sediment from the leak. He was able to come out the next day in the morning & had a crew tunnel under our house to repair the leak & were finished around 1 PM. Shaun came back a few days later to replace the water heater & do a pressure test. All of this work was done in under a week. Their communication was amazing throughout this process & pricing was excellent considering the work that needed to be done. Our timeline was heavily considered too, with being on such a time crunch with selling our house. Highly recommend - thank you Jimmy & Shaun! Medlock made a stressful situation into a positive experience! The downside of owning an older home is when something needs to be upgraded, usually something else is out of code. Nick and his crew at Medlock were quick to set up testing of our lines, identifying that not only were our gas lines out of code and needed to be replaced, but we had a small gas leak we did not even know about. He immediately had a crew at our home ready to get the job done. They were professional, efficient and the cleanest crew we have worked with, leaving our home as they entered it. Our Art Gallery in downtown McKinney had an explosion and fire in our outside meter box. Blue Line went way above the call of duty to help us! Because of the fact fire was involved we had to engage Fire department inspection , city permits and city inspection PLUS Oncor and Atmos. These guys were patient, prompt, and went an extra mile for us! We were able to get the gallery re-opened as quickly as humanly possible! They are our electrical heroes!!
Todd answered my call right away (even though it was a holiday) regarding an electrical issue that was discovered by the HVAC tech at my home with my A/C units. He asked a couple of questions to help me troubleshoot the issue. While he checked his inventory to ensure that he had the correct circuit breaker, he advised me to call my power company to be sure there wasn’t an underlying issue with power to the property. After we were able to eventually resolve the problem (faulty voltage meter), Todd followed up with a phone call to ensure that everything was settled. He’s the real deal. He’s the professional you want in your corner when things go bad. I’ll hire him to complete all of my electrical work in the future.

Most importantly, however, was the project pricing. Anderson Windows are the best choice, but pricing from TV franchise operations can be quite high. I received (by far) the best proposal in terms of final costs from Preview.
The wife is the ultimate do it yourselfer, but she wants a game plan and specific instructions before tackling a project. This is where Floyd came in. Due to the distance of our home from local areas another ubuildit recommended Floyd and we were a bit far for him as well. But after a good conversation he came on board as a consultant and gave us the BIBLE for building a home. And he also made the drive out on three separate occasions to inspect our build for us to make sure everything was good. If you’re planning to build a home you definitely want the Bible that Floyd has put together. He was available via text all day and everyday to answer any questions and my wife definitely ask a lot of questions. When we decided to work with Floyd, communication was key and Floyd excelled at this. Obviously you may be searching for someone to manage your build from beginning to end and our situation may have been a little different from what you are looking for. But just based on Floyd’s consulting for us we would definitely recommend you choosing Floyd to work with you on building your home. I have had neck pain for years, a cervical fusion and disc replacement in 2015. The doctors told me I would need another surgery but never offered ways to help. Dr. Shelby had helped immensely by not only keeping my body aligned but offering support (exercises and stretches) to keep me at my best. So far I haven’t needed another surgery and I owe it to Dr. Shelby!!!

Dr. Troy is one of the best doctors I’ve been to. I came to see him when I was practically immobile. I finish two appointments for my lower back adjustments, and I already feel a lot better. Whenever I have a physical issue causing discomfort, I’m able to get it resolved by Dr. Creel at Airrosti. In 5 visits or less, I get a personalized plan with at-home exercises to help me get back to 100%. I’ve been a loyal Airrosti fan and always recommend others to visit Dr. Creel.
Dr. Ross is the best chiropractor we have ever seen. Cannot recommend him enough. He really listens and takes time when adjusting you. We had been to a few places and they were wham bam out the door in 2 minutes flat. We have our whole family seen now and even my wife's mom every time she's in town. Highly recommend if you are looking for a chiropractor to give Dr. Ross a shot.

The only dermatologist to take his time to accurately diagnose my son's skin condition that he had been battling for a year. He was able to put together a full treatment plan that everyone else had failed to do. He is a true medical dermatologist, Dr Awan is excellent and incredibly knowledgeable I am so happy we found him, I just wish it had been sooner.

We went to The truck-a-treat is was just an awesome time for us. We got to pet a Kangaroo, a Lemur, a beautiful white Fox and an Alagator (well I could've they had his mouth taped butter nah) it was so cool. They had a contest for best pet costume and the winner is going to win a free annual exam yeah! There were treats for kids (and grown-ups) and pets. There was popcorn,snowcones, lemonades,and gift card from Texas Road House and another more. It was a great safe fun for the whole family. Miss Jodie work very hard on this event the proof was in how much fun and organized it was. Great job ? Thank you
A few months have passed since I last visited Stonebridge, but my dog was a patient of theirs for over two years. I cannot recommend Stonebridge Family Vet enough to anyone with a dog. With the last few months I spent in Texas, my dog, Panda, kept having digestive issues, became lethargic, as well as other illnesses. It was thanks to Dr. Gates, the Vet Techs, and the people in the front office that my dog was able to be diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. They were able to provide me with my dog’s necessary medication and gave me enough to ensure I was adequately stocked during my move.
Since then, my dog has made a complete 180 and she is acting like her old self again. I also have established a new vet where I live, and they commended how thorough the notes were on her file. I have the crew at Stonebridge to thank for getting me and my dog through what could’ve been an even-more challenging time. They showed that they care deeply for your pet and your peace of mind.
Wonderful place and wonderful staff. They were not rushing and our Vet Samantha, at the Custer location, was very patient and explained everything no matter how many questions we had.

I’ve been going to Virginia Parkway Pet Hospital since Dr Reno took over the practice about 10 years ago. Dr Reno has cared for our English and French Bulldogs and given them outstanding care. Our little Frenchie has an on-going medical issue which has been very challenging to diagnose, manage and care for but Dr Reno has been tireless in her pursuit to help her and to offer treatment options. Dr Reno is very knowledgeable, spends as much time as you’d like explaining what’s going on with your pet and truly cares for your pet. Het office staff is friendly and helpful, particularly Rachel. I can not recommend her more. Five stars!
I recently called Chastain Veterinary Clinic about my cat, who was feeling sick and weak, and spoke with Rylie for the first time. I was immediately impressed by how patient, compassionate, and understanding she was. She didn’t rush me and took the time to listen carefully, responding professionally yet with a genuine touch of kindness and care. It’s that perfect balance of respect and warmth that makes you feel truly supported.

Incredible people doing extraordinary things. Our Doberman underwent emergency surgery at his regular veterinarian's office, and we elected to bring him to MEVC for overnight observation before bringing him home the next day. What should have been a straightforward surgery resulted in complications we never expected. The doctor at MEVC that night gave us a call to let us know our boy was dealing with an acute kidney injury resulting from anesthesia. He spent over a week in MEVC's care and then had multiple follow-up visits over the course of the next week before we could get an appointment scheduled with a critical care doctor in Dallas. What we experienced in our time at MEVC was truly special. Every single person we spoke with over the course of the last couple of weeks made time to talk with us and ensure they answered every question we had, genuinely empathized with us, and understood what we were feeling. We were able to call any time, day or night, and get an update on our boy's status. When we'd come to visit in the evenings, they allowed us as much time with him as they possibly could. Most important of all, however, is that they genuinely cared for him - medically and emotionally. He spent so long in their care, I think we had an opportunity to work with just about every one of their doctors - and every one of them took time to carefully explain what his test results meant, what treatment options existed, and how he was responding to treatment. The techs ensured he was comfortable, providing him with extra blankets to "nest" in when we told them he likes to burrow under blankets to sleep. They spent time with him, talking to and bonding with him. We know this because we literally watched it happen and can see the connection he formed with them. They made sure he never felt abandoned and showed him the same care and love that we give him at home. I am grateful we discovered this place, and grateful to every individual that works there!

Have used Backyard Pet Services to groom our two dogs for the past couple of years. Sabrina is our groomer. They(she) are (is)always on time and does a great job. Our dogs love her kindness and actually get excited when the van shows up. Can highly recommend them.

I know what I’m about to write will sound dramatic, but I have to say it- Trish saved my life. I had suffered from costochondritis, which is an extremely painful skeletal chest pain, and right shoulder pain, for 8 horrific months. I had been active all my life, but this took me down, hard. I had been to doctors, the ER twice, physical therapists, acupuncture, massage therapists, chiropractors (3 different ones)- I tried stretches, supplements, you name it- I did it, but nothing helped. I was desperate and started to lose hope that I would ever feel good again. I pretty much cried all the time. Finally, I researched medical massage and found Trish. Thank GOD! She was the only professional who actually listened to me and addressed my symptoms and got down to the root cause of my pain. Within the first 10 minutes of our initial session, I knew she was going to help me, and help me she did.
Within 2 months, I no longer have my chest pain and I can rotate my shoulder without pain. I am able to function again. I’m pretty much back to my old self. Trish holds the Gold standard for true professional care. I wish more doctors and physical therapists were like her. She truly performed a miracle with me!

As seen below, Karen has been treating me and my family for years, and I was thrilled to try the sound bed therapy. Absolutely amazing!! I am an energy healing practitioner and teacher (ThetaHealing and Reiki), so between classes, my own sessions, treating clients, and teaching, I've participated in or observed countless healing sessions. But THIS...wooow. I've never experienced or seen such an incredible (genuine) physical/muscular release.
The sound bed itself is like an entire body energy-flow blast. You feel sooo good on the bed, as it gets to your core energy flow through the sound and vibration. After getting off, I could tell the energy was really flowing. Then Karen briefly put me on the table, put her hands under my head ....and the energy REALLY started to release from my muscles, where most of my tension and heavy stress is held. Karen usually releases a lot through the massage therapy, but this....this was something else!
I've done enough emotional work that the muscular release was probably more dramatic than most might experience, as energy work tends to go towards emotional blocks first. But overall, the sound bed was like massage, Reiki, and acupuncture rolled into one! Just an incredible, non-invasive method to get energy flow moving and your body into a healing mode. Whether you experience this healing as emotional, physical, or just overall feeling more positive, the sound bed experience is something I cannot recommend highly enough!!
2016 (previous review): Karen has treated me and my daughter for years now, and she is simply the best. I am bad about waiting until I am in a good amount of pain, and Karen always works me in and treats me like family. She is calm, kind, generous, and a wonderful healer. My daughter has jaw pain due to playing the violin, and Karen has helped her tremendously. I wish I could give her more stars!!

When I first got to Peak Physical Therapy, my balance was horrible! I was unable to stand up straight, nor was I able to walk fast and in a straight line.
Grant and his associates have been OUTSTANDING! Grant administers walking exercises during my weekly visits to Peak as well as providing me with suggestions for home exercises which have really helped my balance improvement process.
All the associates are great! Betsey, Brynli, and Maddy continue to make sure that I do the exercises properly and make me feel as though I am their "only special client". Even Arnecia, the receptionist, is most gracious and always gives me a very big welcome smile when I arrive and a smile when I leave.
I am very thankful to all of these people because they have helped to improve my posture, balance, and ability to walk fast and straight.

I am a college baseball pitcher and we go through long and grueling seasons. I have been going to Gail for three years now and she has single handedly saved my season when cortisone shots and other pain treatments couldn't help me. She has become my go to pain management before and after every season and has helped keep me healthy so I could achieve things such as winning a conference title and setting a personal milestone of throwing 72 innings in a single season. I highly recommend coming here if you are an athlete looking to get healthy or someone who is struggling with nagging pain or injuries.

Let Meghan guide you in what the best approach to your treatment plan should be. I started going to her weekly, and it made such a huge difference in my life. Like anything, you get out of it what you put into it. Listen to her advice, she is genuinely making these suggestions because she cares about you, and your health.After my symptoms subsided, she let me know when I could start going less frequently if I wanted. I look forward to my treatments so much that I kept our weekly appointments. I have a very busy and stressful job (who doesn't), and I feel as if this helps me reset every week.I really cannot say enough things about Meghan. HIGHLY recommended!
My child has some learning delays and is progressing through high school as planned. Being a Senior this year, we used the driving school from a reference per the teacher at school as the self taught option was not a good choice for us. The school was terrific. He did well in the classroom portion and was able to pass the driving portions without remediation. The school did a great job. I felt very comfortable with their instruction.
