The front desk was friendly and accommodating and Dr, Thompson was friendly, he listened and was wonderful with my dog. He sat on the floor with her for most of her exam and she loved him. Dogs are great judges of character. He and the tech who helped (I didn't get his name), were judged A-OK.
We and our pets love 380 West! The staff are amazing and they don't try to sell you services or products you don't need. Leslie is amazing and our puppies love her! Drs. Thompson and Wise are wonderful as well! I wouldn't dare take my pets anywhere else!
The entire 380 West team is great. Always kind and courteous. Willing to answer questions. Never concerned that our pet will receive anything other than the best care. Plus, her teeth look amazing after her cleaning!
