“The vet who operates this office is beyond amazing and kind. She has taken care of all four of my animals. We recently had to make the decision to let our 16 year old dog go to doggy heaven. She was patient and kind throughout the whole process. She spent about an hour just talking with us as we grappled with making the difficult decision. She truly is a rare human. She is not the type to suggest procedures or treatments that are unnecessary in order to make money. She is constantly advocating for both fur baby and parents. I have never met a vet with so much open passion for her job and those she serves. If you view your animals like a family member and not just a pet then I recommend taking them to this location. I went through several vet offices before finding this one and I'm grateful to have found it.“

“Perky Paws is absolutely amazing. I have been taking my fur babies there since she was 6 months old she is now 11 yrs old. They have walked me through all stages of her life since she is my first fur baby and didn’t know what to expect as a first time pet owner. I now have 3 pups under their care. Everyone from the front desk (Erica) to the techs (Randy) down to the AMAZING vet (Dr. M) and (Dr. Farmer) They have taught me how to properly be the best pet parent I can be. “I highly recommend Lake Forest Animal Hospital. They’re kind, and take great care of the animals. They did an excellent job with the declawing procedure of our two new young cats. Our awesome and 100% indoor cars are healthy and happy. They also are taking excellent care of our 15 year old elderly cat. Check ups always go smoothly, and I never feel Ike they’re trying to oversell me on anything.“

We were at a loss on how to proceed with a realisticly affordable treatment plan faced with our only options which appeared to be to put him down or watch him deteriorate on a daily basis. Medical treatments that is unrealistically out of reach of affordability is the same as no medical at all. You all made it possible to have some hope to maintain our Max without breaking the bank. “I’ve been going to Virginia Parkway Pet Hospital since Dr Reno took over the practice about 10 years ago. Dr Reno has cared for our English and French Bulldogs and given them outstanding care. Our little Frenchie has an on-going medical issue which has been very challenging to diagnose, manage and care for but Dr Reno has been tireless in her pursuit to help her and to offer treatment options. Dr Reno is very knowledgeable, spends as much time as you’d like explaining what’s going on with your pet and truly cares for your pet. Het office staff is friendly and helpful, particularly Rachel. I can not recommend her more. Five stars!“

“The whole staff showed attentiveness, professionalism and compassion to our beloved dog when he was brought in for an emergency visit. He unfortunately passed away not soon after. I could tell they truly tried everything they could for our boy in the short time he had left. The staff made sure he was made comfortable and was given loving care right up until the end. He was treated with dignity after he passed.Thank you Dr. Pierotti and staff for all the effort and care you gave to Achilles and for making his final hours be filled with such love.
