The wife is the ultimate do it yourselfer, but she wants a game plan and specific instructions before tackling a project. This is where Floyd came in. Due to the distance of our home from local areas another ubuildit recommended Floyd and we were a bit far for him as well. But after a good conversation he came on board as a consultant and gave us the BIBLE for building a home. I would highly recommend Floyd Decker with Ubuildit! He actually assisted my parents with their build several years ago. When I was looking to either have someone build or attempting to do it myself the difference in the overall cost made my decision easy. I will tell you we saved a ton of money and Floyd was there to assist me every time I had a question. He is honest and a straight shooter. No doubt in my mind I made the correct decision. Floyd was excellent to work with and this is the only way to go when building a home. You are in charge and you can pick whatever you want from where you want. Floyd is always there to help.
