The Genesis Carpet Cleaning company has cleaned my sectional 3 or 4 times now over the last couple years and I am always extremely pleased with the service and outcome. They take their time, make sure the work is done correctly, and communicate very well. 10/10 recommend.Service: Upholstery cleaning

I called about a week ago and the first available appointment was today. Cameron (owners son) arrived promptly exactly at 8:00 am today literally on the dot which I was impressed by. He completed three rooms, my loft area and a set of stairs all within about an hour which I was also impressed with. The fresh clean perfuming smell wafting from upstairs makes me oh so happy...it's the little things I love! I bought my house brand new two years ago however the walkway and collected dust left my carpet feeling sad :0( Now he is happy! Fast efficient and at a decent price! Hire them!

Absolutely incredible customer service. Everyone from Kylie answering phones, to Conner the technician and Sean the owner were top notch. This is also a Veteran owned company, which made me even happier to know my money was going to someone who served. Highly recommend
