Outstanding company, David just got through taking care of me and my Nissan Altima. Got two new keys programmed and the emergency keys inside of them cut for me. Also got my original fob repaired as well and made sure all three were programmed and working. Took care of me in a snap squeezed me in in between other calls which was greatly appreciated. Price was great and better than the locksmith I normally use. I will definitely ensure that I continue to use this company moving forward. Service was fast he was super friendly and continued to communicate with me while working on other cars before being able to get to mine. My truck keys were locked in my truck. I called sure lock and key and they sent a rep out and they were unsuccessful on retrieving my keys from inside my truck (tried for about an hour). A couple days later they sent out Matthew out of the McKinney location. He said that he was able to get my keys out without any doubt. By the time I walked in my house and put on a hoodie and walked back outside, he was standing at my front door with my keys in his hand and my truck door open. It took him two minutes to unlock my door. I was in complete shock on how fast and efficient he was. If you’re in a pinch, I would definitely call out Matthew. I encountered some difficulty with my door over a few days, although I didn't pay much attention to it. But yesterday, my key got stuck and became utterly immovable, and I needed access to my house. After your technician removed the key, he examined the door and discovered a problem with the lock, which he promptly replaced. A solid 5 stars for a job well done.
