After reading so many 5-star positive reviews, I finally had Chong at High Five Clips color, highlight, and cut my hair. I LOVE how my hair turned out. I took pics with me and she gave me the cut and color I wanted. It is perfect! She is personable and the environment is very relaxing. I highly recommend Chong!

I just want to say Okyo is such a kind and patient person. I can’t say enough good about her, but here is are the main points:-Took me last minute on a Saturday afternoon (unheard of for a new client)-Took as much time as she needed to get my hair just right. (I came in with an absolute disaster of color and cut)-She made me feel welcome and comfortable as she worked tirelessly to color correct, highlight, root touch up, cat and style my hair.-Her daughter (Michelle) was her helper and she was delightful.-I live in Arlington and was just in McKinney for the weekend. I will be driving there from now on.Services: Hair coloring

Wanted to like Chong and her work based on the reviews I read but I left her shop feeling so miserable and unhappy. The cut was not as expected and did not look like the photos that I showed her. The photos showed the side and back view of a haircut that had long and even layers. The cut I got was like a big heavy bowl on top and shaved along the lower neck area.Update:Chong offered to fix the cut and did a good job on making it right. i was thankful for her doing this and glad that we were able to work out the problemService: Haircut
