Mr. Johnny took me in and gave a superb cut with a shave included for a great price. Although I found this place by chance and live thirty miles away Johnny has found himself a lifelong customer. I found Kaley when I was looking for a salon closer to my home. Immediately I knew I had found the right person. Originally I just wanted to maintain the blonde I had already had for sometime and she was great with that but then I felt the itch for something different. Getting older has brought a lot of change to my hair and Kaley has talked me off many ledges during this process. You know those panicked, not well thought out “shave it all off and color it brown middle of the night texts. She always answered with a sweet, level headed response. We, together recently decided to go shorter (nothing drastic I followed her lead) and are moving to more of a natural brown/blonde and I couldn’t be happier.Kaley is not only a true professional but a true artist. Let's start with the salon itself: the vibes upon entrance are amazing high end, clean & classy; very modern Scandinavian. It's beautiful, but still so simple! The shampoo room has the most comfortable chairs with shampoo bowls that move for optimal comfort and relaxation. Ladies you know what I'm talking about there's nothing worse than getting a relaxing shampoo and head massage, but the shampoo bowl hurts your neck. My stylist is Lee Brown I've been with him for 15 years, he truly understands communication, meeting his clients needs/wishes and being realistic about expectations. He's allowed me to be just about every shade of blonde and even a few reds over the years without damaging the integrity of my hair or having to lose any length at any point. I've also seen Sami and Daniel and they've both exceeded my expectations. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! If you're looking for a wonderful experience from the moment you walk in to leaving with a smile on your face and a huge confidence boost look no further. I cannot wait to return! Thank you for making me look and feel like a Queen!

Mira has been keeping my hair beautiful for four years. She has taken care of my hair through the many journeys that I’ve requested from pixie cuts to modern bob cuts back to pixie cuts and for now a modern bob. I get many compliments on my hairstyles, as well as the color. Mira is also very innovative in selecting different cuts and colors to match my requests for occasional changes. I have been very pleased with her care of my hair. Mira is also very professional and kind. I always look forward to our appointments.

I highly recommend Stefani and Red Fox Barbershop. Scheduling is simple, pricing is great, and location is convenient to Downtown. I appreciate that Stefani noted how I wanted my hair cut from the first visit, and has consistently delivered great results without me having to remind her my preferences (although I wouldn't mind doing so). On top of that, she is efficient and personable which adds to the enjoyment of my visits. I really like her shop - especially that it doesn't feel like you're cramped / having to talk over a bunch of other customers. Do not hesitate to check out Red Fox and support a local business!

Solid barbers in every chair. I see Sarahi a couple times a month for a skin fade & she doesn't miss. Shop is clean and chill, always an easy environment to visit. Prices are better than most in the area but haircuts are fire.

As someone who has always been picky about my haircuts I was apprehensive about finding a new barber while I attended school at TCU for a year. George and his barbershop far and away exceeded my expectations. George was always extremely professional and ensured I left happy with my haircut. To top it off scheduling was very easy. I have no doubt George cares about his business and customers as it was evident during my time here. My only regret is not being able to stay longer!

I have not tanned in many years. I was nervous. Sandy was more than helpful. I let her know what I was looking for and she set me up with exactly what I wanted. She didn't try to oversell me. It was obvious that she was just there to make my experience great. She definitely succeeded. I got to meet Rylee after my first tan and she was just as sweet and helpful as Sandy. If you haven't tanned in a while or your new to tanning, I give this place 100%. These girls are great.
I called to check on my membership and to get pricing for a month of tanning. The woman I spoke with was very nice and helpful. Prices are a little high here, but I did not compare or call around before going here for my membership prior.

The gentleman was just the sweetest. He did a great job, took his time and was gentle. Very happy with how they turned out. I got a pedicure as well. My manicure was gel. Place is not the most up to date (took off one star) but just pick the color you want and you'll be happy! :) I certainly will go back and support business in my city.

I am new to Fort Worth and was looking for someone that could finally give me a layered razor cut on my thick and wavy unruly hair. I landed on Cole and I could tell he wouldn’t be afraid to dive into my wild hair. I didn’t expect to leave with the best haircut of my entire life. He took his time to understand what kind of hair I have and what I wanted and nailed it. It is so refreshing to have someone excited and passionate about transformations, because that’s what my cut feels like. Then I decided I wanted to go back blonde and chose to visit Cole a second time and I don’t have the words to describe how amazing my hair looks and feels. He is raw talent. I’m 34 and never been more obsessed with my hair and how it makes me feel. I wouldn’t be surprised if his career absolutely takes off and people know his name. For reference, the curly photo is my hair in its most natural state before I went to Stargazer. We did a super layered cut and all over toner. My second visit I left with this GORGEOUS lived in blonde. I will be back time and time again and feel so incredibly lucky to have found him.

Catchet was the first place I’ve ever got a suite. Feeling very nervous and anxious, Jon gave me a tour and really made me feel at ease! I absolutely love this place! The beautiful architecture of the building and communication has been incredible! I had so many questions and concerns being a new suite renter and Jon and his team were always a text or email away. After a few visits here, I already love this place. Adorable little waxing studio where the staff is always warm and welcoming. Their location is easy to get to and in and out of since there's always a parking spot directly in front. Carli is the absolute best and makes the entire experience calming and quick, and as pleasant as the experience can be! The attention to detail is also very much appreciated. Highly recommend this place, especially over any of the "big box store" waxing places. They also have a great variety of body-safe scrubs and moisturizing masks/oils/etc for post-wax care.

The Body Scrubbery may fall under the category of "spa" however it is better described as a personal Utopia. We were not rushed to strip down and hop on the table because the clock started ticking the second we arrived nor were we ambushed with packages or products being sold. Instead, we were personally greeted by Michelle, the owner who gave us her undivided attention the entire time, as if were her only clients.The experience was unique and magical, far exceeding my expectations! We were truly able to escape the world for ninety minutes in an atmosphere that was luxurious yet intimate and peaceful. Michelle and Suzie are skilled massage therapists who obviously cared about and wanted our experience to be special. The sugar scrub left our skin feeling smooth and healthy, the scent, pleasant and relaxing. Once we returned to reality, we were shown to our personal showers and given all the time we needed to bask in the glow of our new Zen. Next time, we will definitely enjoy the bubble bath option. Thank you ladies for an amazing experience and a wonderful way to spend time with my best friend on my birthday!

Walked in for a nose piercing and Russell was the most informative piercer I’ve ever worked with. He communicated the whole process, walked me through the healing time frame and after-care, and answered any questions I had thoroughly. You can tell he’s very passionate about what he does and is such a comfortable person to be around/conversate with. When I left I forgot to grab my ID back from him (on trend for me) and he literally chased me down and found me to make sure I got it back. Just shows the amount of effort and professionalism this shop provides for their customers. The other companies needed us to come out to their showroom before we could get a quote and we were in a bit of a time crunch so that wasn't going to work. AKN Design Group exceeded all expectations with their outstanding craftsmanship. They created a stunning outdoor patio using beautiful cedar wood, built a seamless sidewalk connecting our backyard to the front yard, and laid a sturdy slab for the patio. Another highlight is the amazing covered pergola also made of cedar—they truly transformed our outdoor space into a haven. In addition, they expertly removed a window from our master bedroom and installed a door, adding convenience and style. Fugate Construction built our patio cover! We are big fans of how seamless the process was! Vic was very communicative from start to finish and the pricing was way better than anything we found in the area.
Previous owner had 3 piers installed 02/2007 as part of purchase agreement. That work has been rock solid ever since. We needed substantial work done after that, so in 2021 we had Rusty come out. We had ponied up for a PE eval prior to this. Two other companies had quotes that differed significantly from the PE's findings. Rusty's quote was identical except for omitting 1 pier. We went with Accurate. It was a little noisy (and a lot expensive tbh*) but Jeremy the foreman and his crew were professional, courteous and tidy. *They did a ton of work and def earned every penny; we are still pleased with the results. They did not over nor under sell.
We had the same PE come out in April 2024. He was impressed with the 2021 work. Jeremy came out in June, and his plan was IDENTICAL to the PE's recommendation. These guys know their stuff! I highly recommend AFR.
We have been using Western Exterminating for quite a while now. We moved into this house about 4 years ago and realized we might need an exterminator because of an ant problem during certain times of the year. Getting this service has made all the difference. Not only do I not have ants anymore…I don’t even get spiders anymore…it’s definitely been noticeable. Ruben is our Technician. We really are very happy with his service. We saw increased rodent activity around our backyard patio this summer. We had also heard some noises in on our attic. Our original pest control service wasn't able to assess or resolve the issue. I found Critter Stop on Facebook and they had amazing reviews. I Googled them and found even more positive comments about the services they provide and the success they have in addressing all pest and rodent issues. I contacted them through Facebook on a Sunday and received an immediate response. Jordan showed up that Monday to assess my situation. He inspected the entire outside as well as my attic. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and answered all of my questions. I had a quote before he left and we decided to use them for our pest control needs. Jacob and Matt showed up that next week to take care of pest control outside as well as sealing up all exterior entry points and gaps iny siding, soffits, etc. A camera and traps were also placed in the attic. Two trap checks by Kyle and Jacob and visit occured after the initial treatment and we had/have no signs of activity. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from Critter Stop. Jordan, Jacob, Kyle and Matt were all amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Amazing pricing, value, customer service and a great overall experience. Bottom Line: Alan Sanford (Owner) and his team at A-1 are OUTSTANDING!!My daughter is a student at TCU, and the apartment she moved into had a major problem with Millipedes. The apartment complex sprayed 4 times within a 6 week period, and still my daughter and her roommates were finding more than 30+ millipedes on a daily basis inside their apartment. I called Alan and he provided me with great information on millipedes, and what it takes to get rid of millipedes. Alan and I met on short notice via telephone with the property manager, and Alan got my daughter's apartment scheduled immediately. Alan took it upon himself to personally do the job himself along with one of his technicians. Alan and his technician made sure to use the proper product, and not the same product used by the apartment complex. Alan conducted a thorough survey both inside and outside of the apartment, and then thoroughly treated both the inside and outside of the apartment. Alan also identified structural issues with the apartment that could be allowing the millipedes and other insects to enter the apartment. Alan even offered (free of charge) to come back in one week, if the millipedes are still present. I highly recommend Alan and his A-1 team to anybody that's having an issue with insects and requires the services of an exterminator that's passionate about his business and genuinely cares about making sure he does a great job!

I echo everything everyone has said about York Irrigation, except at a residential level. Our house and irrigation system is about 4 years old and after the “ground settling” we needed to fix a few sprinkler heads and drip lines. He went through our entire system and made adjustments to each head as needed. The whole process was quick and he was a pleasure to work with, making suggestions about watering schedules and vegetation along the way. York is now my irrigation go-to. 100% recommend them for residential irrigation.

Purple Care has done a fantastic job of caring for our lawn. They've always been professional and very accommodating & I really enjoyed chatting with the techs on their visit. We've had what we thought was good business relationship. Unfortunately, we decided to cancel our business with them, which is something we really did not want to do. We bought our house new in 1987 and raised our daughter here. We've never had an irrigation system & since my wife is blind and I'm an old man, currently recovering from spinal fusion surgery, it's been a bit challenging watering our small, postage stamp yard. I asked Purple Care if they would give us an estimate for an irrigation system and, again, they were very accommodating. I later asked, via email, if they offered any senior or veteran discounts. There was bit of miscommunication initially, but that was all ironed out. I then told them that we would like to move forward with program. I received no response. I followed up with a second request to move forward with the project. Crickets. I then emailed them asking why they no longer wished to do business with us, CCing several associates within the organization. We were ghosted. I called Purple Care and said we no longer require their services, and when politely asked why, I stated that everything is documented in email correspondence, wished them a good day, said goodbye and hung up. Brent was such a breath of fresh air for a contractor. Him and his crew were timing, efficient, diligent, and honest with their work and estimate. If you need quick landscape work for a great price, call Classic Cut Trees. They do more than just trees. I had a new front and backyard sod laid within 24 hrs of a reasonable estimate. They also can do wonders for flower beds and mulch. I would hire him again and a heartbeat. He even got some estimates from my neighbors because of such quick, efficient and quality of work job he did!

Damian is the person you can trust to remove your tree, whether it's big or small! He is highly professional and has great knowledge about all types of trees (he can tell you exactly what is wrong with the tree). Right from the start, I knew he was the right person to call. I had an old tree that had been dying for a long time, and it was time for it to be cut down. During our consultation, he walked me through his process and his method for taking down my Silver Maple, which made me feel at ease. This tree was located in a section of the yard where there was a fence , a shed, and next to the house definitely in a tricky location. I can't tell how talent he is, cuts where in different angles to insure that part of the tree would fall down correctly, his team cut as they went and clean up during the whole process. My yard looked clean after Damian and his team hauled everything off – it was spotless! His team went back through to triple check everything. Top-notch customer services. I would recommend his business to anyone, knowing it will be done correctly. Before and After pictures, Damian is going to come back to remove the stump! We have used West Texas Tree Service twice. Today they had the difficult task of completely cutting down to the ground a very tall Siouxland Cottonwood tree. It took 6.5 hours and they also did stump grinding as well. Excellent clean-up afterwards and they have all the equipment necessary to do the work. We highly recommend them to anyone needed tree removal.

I cannot say enough good things about the care and expertise of ChiroPlus North and Dr Todd Ruland. I have been a patient of chiropractic since a major vehicle accident 45 years ago, and Dr Ruland has been my Chiropractor for the last 20 of those years--minus a 15 month period I was out of State and in misery because I could not find a Chiropractor with the abilities and knowledge of Dr Ruland. Four months ago, minus one week, I had surgery that required a large incision to the back of my ear to remove a growth. I do not own a recliner so spent 3 weeks sleeping sitting straight up in a living room chair. Consequently, I haven't slept well or felt fully rested since the surgery. Yesterday, I had the 3rd visit to Dr Ruland since surgery and suddenly we both felt the non painful pop that went up my spine to the back of my head. I awoke this Thanksgiving Day morning feeling fully rested and energetic for the first time in many, many months.

I noticed an issue with my dog and was able to get an appointment the next day. This is my second time at this place, and it was the same as the first. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My dog was very nervous, but they were gentle and respected my dog's boundaries. They did an amazing job encouraging him when he did good. My other dog is a little reactive, and when he had to go in for the first time, the staff did such an amazing job that i knew my other dog would be perfectly fine here. Great experience. Dr. Jeff spent a lot of time talking to me about my cat issues and I also ask about my dog which I did not bring in. He had a funeral the next day, he called me right after to give my my cats test results. Then he followed up with us several times. The following week, I took my cat for a follow up and also brought my dog, who had a large tumor, he said that he could not preform the surgery there and referred me to 2 other vets. He did not charge me for that days visit. I wish I would of found this vet years ago. I have lived in the area over 25 years. I will continue to see this vet, Jeff R., as long as he is practicing. City Vet is a great, new location near to our house. Their staff is very congenial and knowledgeable. All we came for today was a claw trim for our cat. It was quick and efficient. …..we’ll be back ?? ….and we were ?. Again I was able to get a quick and efficient appointment
We had the unfortunate need to euthanize our sweet, little old lady this weekend. HSNT was extremely compassionate and handled the situation well. I felt at ease the moment I walked in and was greeted by a very sweet man. He was gentle and respectful about the process, paperwork and payment. I was then escorted to a private room, where i was given the opportunity to say one last goodbye to my girl. The second gentleman was equally kind and compassionate. He used a gentle voice and vocabulary while guiding me through the process. When it was all over, he carried my girl out to me in his arms like a newborn, and had wrapped her up beautifully. I'm grateful they were able to make such a hard experience as wonderful as it was.

Our fur baby had been dealing with an eye infection for over a month. We went to his vet twice regarding the issue, which was addressed both times but with no improvement. Dr. Cichocki saw him and thoroughly explained what was going with him. He provided us with different options and the pros and cons of each option. With the option that we chose, we could see improvement that same afternoon. His eyes were close to his baseline by day 3. We are so glad that we went to Dr. Cichocki!

I was coming on here to write my review and was shocked when I saw a recent one about a high energy dog.
My experience with Dogs Rule Resort was nothing short of perfect, so when I read a recent review of a customer with a very very similar situation as me (spooky even) I was floored that they had the audacity to leave such a nasty review.
Then it occurred to me to read all of the negative reviews with a grain of salt, and remember that this is just one side of the story.
I have a high energy dog and he was boarded for 5 days. I understand, like most high energy dog owners, that sometimes they can be a handful. And sometimes, depending on the breed, they might not be a good fit to play with other dogs. Some herding dogs will herd dogs instead of play. And it’s not their fault, it’s what their made to do. So when I got a call saying my boy was playing a little too rough and would be getting put in time out, I understood that it wasn’t out of malicious intent. It was to keep everyone safe. Don’t get me wrong, I was a little upset because Jake doesn’t usually act like that around me. But just like kids, dogs behave differently in a new/ different environment and differently around different people. I also tuned into the webcams and saw his naughty behavior, and give huge props to the person handling him and the situation. They were very quick and responsive. As a result of this incident, Jakey got a scratch on his leg. The staff notified me and added it to their to-do list to clean it twice a day.
Dogs are dogs and accidents happen! They’re like kids with sharper teeth and who aren’t afraid to use them ?
Overall the stay was great and Jake was definitely ready for a nap after pick up! It’s not a surprise since he was playing for about 8-10 hours everyday. When do dogs ever run around that much? Even high energy working dogs have breaks throughout the day. The mental stimulation alone is enough to make any dog sleep good after just 8 hours.
I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a place to board, daycare or for grooming.
If any of the staff ever reads this, know you are doing a great job and don’t let some guy tell you otherwise. Some people severely lack common sense, but you guys are doing an amazing job. I wouldn’t leave my fur baby with anyone else!
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Clean and it doesn't smell like a pet hospital. Staff is very acomodating. It has a pool and grooming. Spa so cool. Im not sure if they put cucumbers on thepets eyes though...lol you've got to check it out!
I absolutely love D'Tails! They always take such good care of my poodle, no matter who is the technician. They are all very talented and care so much about our pets. I am super picky about my poodle's hair and they never fail to have me utterly impressed!

We took the 9:45 am therapeutic yoga class while we were in town for the eclipse and it was so relaxing and incredibly good for my back and neck pain. The instructor was so friendly and she chatted with us for a while after class. We would definitely come back to a class here if we are in the area!
I have recently started coming to this location. The staff here are very nice and try to greet you by name and a smile. I recently met Elizabeth here. She is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help me understand the correct posture for a lot of the moves. Thanks for the advice and being such a great friend. See ya soon. :
Yogi Squad was so much fun!!! Our students at my elementary school loved the presentation! Students learned many ways to calm their mind and body, as well as many fun yoga poses. I would highly recommend this program to all schools and parents!
An enchanting studio that offers vinyasa krama in its most true form~ the owners are down to earth and the teachers are all amazing. I never did yoga before I came here and I learned and loved it so much I ended up doing my yoga teacher training here as well.
The depth is incredible.

Awesome yoga studio. Relaxing atmosphere, and friendly instructors. As a newbie to yoga I felt welcome, and I enjoyed the selection of beginner friendly classes they had. You can tell that Brynn and her team take pride in what they do.
I've been to this yoga studio a few times and every instructor I've had was amazing. The atmosphere is very relaxing and enjoyable. I haven't practiced a lot of yoga, so I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and patient everyone was with me.
I love Bungee One! In the past I would get bored quickly when I started a new workout routine but not here. I love flying through the air having fun while getting my heart rate up. It’s been a great find for me!

Ali has been this bright, radient light-being on earth for me. Our first session together was a Thai massage and I cannot speak highly enough for how gifted her hands and feet are. The herbal heat compresses and other Thai medicine tools she uses are the cherry on top. After every session, I come out feeling like a new person physically and mentally.I also was led through a couple of Shakti healing sessions with Ali. I believe this was the beginning of my spiritual awakening and a deep surrender to what is and has been in my life. I was able to start processing my traumas and form a new narritive and energetic frequency around my situation.Everyone will have their own experiences, but Ali has truly helped lead me in the direction of the fully expressive life of my dreams. I feel she acts as a guide and teacher in this world and is expressed through the different treatments and workshops she offers.I cannot wait to see what else she has in store for the community and the world as a whole.
My goodness, this place is doing great things. I've never seen a business this community- oriented. We (mother/son combo) dropped in for some spontaneous Yoga. They got us into a wonderful class with all the props. Our pocketbook was not strained at all. These people need recognition for the work they are doing for ALL demographicsThey are also taking donations for their wonderful community outreach. Please try these folks, they're worth the drive!!

I love the around the room windows and that it's up on the 2nd floor. I ALWAYS recommend this place to people but I've learned that it really depends on what class and instructor you take. For example, I took a power vinyasa with kelsey that was fantastically led even though the class was so booked we were packed in like sardines. On the other hand, took a vin + yin with ~6 other ppl in the class and you could barely hear the instructor to follow along. Also the room never got hot-- i was under the impression that all the classes were hot but i could be wrong .
I’m always looking froward for my Pilates class. All the staff are friendly and the instructors are awesome.
I love the teachers here and it is a beautiful studio. I have come so far in strength and balance since I started with them. I highly recommend them for class or private sessions.
Fantastic place! Valerie is an amazing instructor. Small group classes really gives the instructors an opportunity to truly help you. Everyone is very friendly and a variety of types of Pilate classes to take. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to get back into working out but intimidated by large classes or big gyms. Pilates VIP in Keller is the place to go!
I have been going here for about a month. I had never done reformer Pilates before and was a little intimidated by the machines. But....Gabby and Lizzy have been wonderful instructors. Patient, knowledgeable and wonderful at showing the correct way to do the exercises! I love the workouts and feel I'm definitely getting stronger and more flexible.
I’ve been attending the classes for a little over a month and I have really enjoyed my time here! All of the instructors are great. I always leave feeling like I got a good workout in. They also offer a lot of modifications if you are a beginner or have injuries, etc. The unlimited option is a great deal and the waiting list will move pretty quick, so booking is always pretty easy. I love Club Pilates and can’t wait to reach my 100 class goal!

Shirley is absolutely wonderful and skilled at what she does. I went in with some neck and shoulder pain, she was careful to make sure the pressure she was applying in those areas were not hurting me. She worked wonders on my back and I am excited to go back.
One of the BEST massages I've ever had. I am from out of town and last minute decided to get a massage. Ashley is extremely knowledgeable and talented at what she does. She understands anatomy and biomechanics more than most therapists. I wish I could clone her and take her back to my area. The price is worth every penny!!

Kenny is an absolutely fantastic massage therapist with the best range of light to firm pressure. I was able to get in with short notice for a 90min deep tissue, and definitely don’t regret it!

She gives excellent pressure and is pleasant to work with every time. Today I did a facial for the first time with Alexis. It was also a great experience. Of course, I’ll keep coming back for self care days.
I started here a few years ago for deep tissue massage, then for prenatal massages throughout my pregnancy. Then and now, I look forward to every single massage! Wendy and Jennifer are absolutely amazing! The business is clean, safe, and comfortable. 90 minutes of pure bliss is only found here with deep tissue massages!
Went to this place in my neighborhood after dealing with shoulder and neck pain that had been nagging me for a few days. It’s the same pain that has been recurring off and on for a while but it was more persistent this time and the NSAIDs weren’t getting the job done. A coworker recommended a deep tissue massage. I found this place by just doing a Google Map search and got a same-day appointment. The therapist was wonderful. Her hands were very soft but very strong and I could tell she was experienced. This was my first massage in a very long time, so it can be a little overwhelming at first, but just go with it. She did a great job checking in to make sure it was OK and that I was comfortable. Highly recommend this place. And make sure to drink plenty of water before and after.

I used to get headaches multiple times a week, after only a few times I have felt so much relief. I come here once a week. Sometimes, the same technician will give a different experience depending on their day. Sometimes, I have to tell them the pressure is a little hard for me. Some massages have been exceptionally relaxing, while others have been great, but they are all immensely healing for me. I greatly appreciate this place for the healing it has brought to my life. The stress relief, the kind demeanor of the people working here, the energy they give to me have all been a life-changing experience for me.
