This was my first time getting service from Stanley steemer and it was a very good service. The technician Michael was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me as well as soft offer some items that the company provided without giving me the hard sell just letting me know how they could help. My carpets were cleaned quickly and efficiently. Michael was anle to get out some trouble spots and did a great job and I'm very pleased with my service. I will be using this service again next time I need my carpets cleaned!
It took a long time to get all the ducts cleaned out, but it was worth it. They took the time to do a good job. They were not rushing. Very professional. Kept everything clean. Very pleasant.
