The instructor Maddie is very Genuine and Confident. She is a real ray of sunshine. She is always updating her self practice and study yoga and meditation. Her preparation, organization and listening skills help when her students need to modify moves. She adapts and offers flexibility making me feel empowered. Every once in awhile I'll stray and take a yoga class somewhere else but this place is magical and always pulls me back. The instructors are so kind and clear and encouraging and the space is full of calmness and comfort, and excitement. Thanks Stephanie!
