They provide constant clean towels for general use or workouts, guidance, water, and most importantly the same type of warm welcoming environment. My favorite part of this gym is the fact that you can put your personal belongings down in any room and not have a single worry about it growing legs and walking away. I left my water bottle by accident once and the owner called me just to let me know and left it in the office for me to come by and get.Two notes worth Mentioning: They are super military friendly and support Veterans, for I am a former Marine and honestly vouch for them!!!Another thing to make clear for the review section: (THEY ARE NOT BODY FIRM BUT RESIDE IN THE SAME BUILDING AND LOCATION!!!!)“
