AireServ is consistently kind and courteous. They have wonderful staff! Every single technician that has been in our home has been exemplary. Jeremy is who came out this time. He did our maintenance as expected. He was polite and understanding (as I was in a meeting on teams when he arrived). And most importantly, our HVAC (which they replaced/installed) is working wonderfully and we have had no issues. They even bring the filter to replace for us, saving us a trip to the attic.

Simply awesome! Just had summer service call and was impressed at the quality of inspection performed by Michael St. Pierre! Thorough through and through! From inside to outside, inspection of mechanical units was meticulously performed, fixed stopped up drain line and capacitor connection. Showed me and explained all steps of inspection/summer service. Very reasonably priced!!! On time and communicative! Thank you for quality work!!

I had nothing but a good experience with Aire Serv. They went above and beyond even after i went with another company to replace my unit. They offered to let me use their portable a/c until another company came out to install my new unit!! The owner called me and said he didnt care that i went with someone else, he doesnt like to leave people in the heat in the summer and woukd send his guys over immediately to bring unit back. I spoke and enteracted with 4 different people from the company and they were all very polite, knowledgable, and realistic with me.
