My wife found Kites while search for a company to clean out area rug in the family room. After a year of the dog sleeping on it, a new kitten and general use the rug had become dirty a matted. They did an excellent job of cleaning the rug and restoring the pile back to close to original. I am really impressed with overall job. They picked up the rug and delivered it. Staff is very polite and courteous. We will be using them again for future needs.

This place has won multiple "best in Fort Worth" awards, and with good reason. I have had my shirts laundered and starched here, and I have never been disappointed. Usually a two day turn around regardless of the size of my order, but they have offered quicker service if I am in a pinch. They also contact me via e-mail when my order is ready, which is a nice way to help me remember when I forget to pick up my shirts. Great service and great people, I highly recommend!

Wow! It is rare to come by a place that still sends out thank you letters to you home for using their company. They have fantastic customer service. They are recommended by a bunch of wedding dress vendors. They cleaned and preserved my wedding dress. They placed her into a big white display box. It looks absolutely beautiful. They texted me when it was ready and send me picture updates. It was neat to be able to stay up to date on the process since your wedding dress is very important to a girl.
