The location accommodated my appointment needs with an available time slot (at the last minute). They opened promptly, and as the first appointment of the day, I was promptly greeted by the receptionist. Check-in was smooth and efficient. My wax specialist, Lisette, was friendly, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout my appointment. The facility was clean, and there was ample parking available.

Britny made me feel comfortable, Before/During and After she did my Brazilian wax. Not to mention it was my first time getting a Brazilian wax. She made my experience pleasant, and I will be back because of her. She explained to me the after care, skin exfoliation, and the different products I can use. I have been using European Wax Center for YEARS. I usually have a good experience, but Elizabeth want above and beyond. She was kind, informative, and thorough. What I didn’t know until my appointment was over was that she and the the front desk associate were the only two working yesterday.
