“Last summer we had an issue where build up in our AC drip line caused the safety switch to turn off the AC unit. Ed helped us out that day and I felt his price was incredibly reasonable. He was kind and walked me through this issues so I could take care of it if it ever happened again. Fast forward to today, same issue occurred. I thought I remembered how to do fix it, but called Ed for confirmation. Sure enough he called me right back, confirmed the process, and I was back up and running right away. “I had a really good experience overall. Lucky for me my AC compressor died right before it cooled off for winter and I had no rush to get it replaced. I worked with John Cantu and he was great giving me many different options from several different manufactures. I had lots of questions from my research and he was always helpful and responded quickly. I never felt like I was being upsold and their price was actually cheapest I received. Other companies I got quotes from made me feel like I invited a used car salesman into my house. I got a completely new AC/Heater and air handler for a reasonable price. I didn't have to wait long for the installation and it was done in a single day. The plenum ducting above my air handler was much better than my previous installation, and they upgraded my gas line from a flex pipe to a hard pipe as required by current code. The wiring was also much tidier than before. I was going to pay cash for the system but with my credit score they were able to get me 0% down 0% financing over 1 year so I went with the financing. I had a good experience and recommend them.“

“They did an awesome job! Recently had to get our duct work replaced under the house due to some flood damage. Before the flood damage we had a lot of issues with AC balance. Some rooms were hot, some were freezing. They put a lot of work into making sure that the various rooms were balanced and getting the most airflow possible. We returned from vacation in the late afternoon to find our house at 89 degrees because our AC wasn't working. I called Lakeway AC & Heating, and Chris, the Service Manager, arrived at our house in less than an hour. He diagnosed a low coolant level and added coolant. The house quickly returned to a comfortable temperature, allowing us to get a good night’s rest. The following morning, Chris returned, diagnosed, and repaired a small refrigerant leak in a capillary tube.
