Billy Morgan of Cornerstone guided me through the replacement of an old hvac unit in 2017 and I am very satisfied with the new unit and the support that I have received to date. Billy's level of customer service and support is bar none - he even came out recently and helped unclog several drain lines for us even though semi-retired.Services: HVAC system maintenance

Billy is so good that when I called him recently (September 2020) for service as a past customer, he told me he appreciated the offer but could not take on any new service requests. He did not put me on a wait list or even suggest it, basically the sense I got was I should move on and find another service provider. So either he is busy working on new construction installations with his current clients or he is about to hang it up. Maybe both, as he's hinted at closing shop before. He does respond to texts, so maybe if you really want him to work for you, get the latest status from him directly. I gave my brother a referral to Cornerstone Heating & Air, LLC when his A/C stopped working in July of 2020. I have a friend who used this company for the installation of a new A/C unit and they were pleased. My brother used Cornerstone Heating & Air, LLC, and said he was very happy with their services. He said they were nice, figured out the issue quickly, and they were reasonable.
