Steve was the only contractor out of 5 from whom I received quotes who told me my Hardie board could be ordered pre-painted. The others wanted to order it plain and then charge me to paint it after it was installed.3 of the other companies I interviewed told me they couldn’t install bay windows in place of my flat windows. Steve ordered and delivered two custom bay windows.His siding and window subcontractor was excellent. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.“

“Finished a job today - new gutters, downspouts and gutter guards. Price good, and excellent two man crew, informative, conscientous and highly professional. Highly illuminating that almost at the end they found one area of rotted fascia due to slightly short shingles and resultant rain water leaking behind the gutter onto the fascia boards. The owner, Mr. Kelly, quickly got involved, worked with the crew to both provide the extra supplies to the crew and then worked with them to replace the fascia with new 2x8s and solve the short shingle problem with metal edging under the shingles and also going over into the gutters in that one problem area. Problem solved permanently. I had visions ot a high price for the additional work, but the added quote was very reasonable. Thank you all for a job well done! You have a new and loyal customer going forward.“

“I used ETE for a residential panel upgrade and replacing a few fixtures in the house. I had 4 companies quote me on the electrical panel upgrade and several of them tried to upsell using fear tactics and make the project way bigger than it needed to be. I'm no expert so I had a state inspector come by for an objective opinion on what was actually necessary for code, and they confirmed everything that ETE said. So they gave me the most accurate estimate eithout unnecessary upsells and the best price, which I really appreciated. They got the job done quickly, coordinated with the power company and state inspector so I didn't have to make any extra phone calls, they showed up on time and were professional. I always appreciate an honest and reliable company so I will definitely call them for all our electrical needs in the future!“

Doug, the owner, shows up on time.I signed my contract in December 2022 and was well aware that it would be months before my room would be started.My deck was started early May. The guys do a great job. They show up and put in a full days work.
