Romanoff put it in new carpet in my upstairs level as well as the stairway. The workers came on time, were hard working and efficient. Their attitude to make the customer satisfied is above and beyond the normal. I am so pleased with the result as well as the attitude of the establishment!

Good communication, especially with Duncan when initially scheduling the installation. He gave me a good overview of the process. Barry and his installers showed up on time, were professional, pleasant, and did a quality job. Much less dust and mess than I feared.
