“Finished a job today - new gutters, downspouts and gutter guards. Price good, and excellent two man crew, informative, conscientous and highly professional. Highly illuminating that almost at the end they found one area of rotted fascia due to slightly short shingles and resultant rain water leaking behind the gutter onto the fascia boards. The owner, Mr. Kelly, quickly got involved, worked with the crew to both provide the extra supplies to the crew and then worked with them to replace the fascia with new 2x8s and solve the short shingle problem with metal edging under the shingles and also going over into the gutters in that one problem area. Problem solved permanently. I had visions ot a high price for the additional work, but the added quote was very reasonable. Thank you all for a job well done! You have a new and loyal customer going forward.“
“I was given an accurate estimate in line with other roofers. The work was scheduled to my convenience and promptly performed. An older home the Exterior representative noticed the flashing on the chimney and boot on the kitchen exhaust pipe needed replacement and this was done at no additional charge. “We had storm damage to our roof and I called multiple places in the area trying to get a quote and to have some one tarp the hole in my roof. Falcon Roofing was the only company to respond immediately and get an estimator out to our house. The same day they had a team come to the house to tarp the damaged area and apologized as they didn't have all the materials available to actually do the fix that day. They came back as soon as they had the needed materials and finished the job. Fast, friendly, and explained everything that needed to be done. I am so impressed I am having them quote new siding and gutters since that is this year's improvement project.“
