“If you’re like me, you read and analyze the reviews. After all, a new roof is a big outlay of money and you need it to last. Well, Brad and Mountain View Exteriors are outstanding. We were going from an asphalt roof to a new metal one.Brad is professional and friendly. He explained our options, answered questions and showed us a ton of photos from previous jobs.In choosing a color for a metal roof, I would suggest using Google’s color picker on a photo of your home. This helped us immensely.The big day came and it was cold. Brad’s crew boss, Junior, is wonderful. You will be very fortunate to have him and his crew working on your home. They literally work from sun up to sunset. Junior knows his stuff and will answer all of your questions.The roof is gorgeous and we couldn’t be more pleased with the job. “If you are searching for a competent, honest, and professional roofing company, Smith Roofing & Exteriors is exactly who you need. Several years ago, an incompetent contractor installed a sunroom addition to our house. The addition required a large roof cricket that was improperly installed and subsequently was patched several times by the unskilled contractor. Eventually, the cricket began to leak through the soffit, potentially damaging our brick exterior, and with each rainstorm the leak worsened. After several local roofing companies made temporary repairs, it was evident that a highly competent, honest, professional company was needed to expertly provide a permanent fix. This type of company is extremely hard to find these days. Fortunately, our search was over when we found Smith Roofing & Exteriors.After observing Smith Roofing & Exteriors perform work on a neighbor's house and then assist another neighbor with his roof on an insurance claim, we called them to inspect our roof and offer a solution. Jake Priegel inspected our roof and invited the founder and owner, Chris Smith to offer his expertise. Jake maintained contact throughout the whole job. A plan was made to replace shingles on one large roof slope, replace the cricket, and install new gutters as well as gutter guards. After the plan and contract were approved, Jonathan Skiles was assigned as our Project Manager. He told us that the job would take three days and that is exactly how long it took. Jonathan did an excellent job supervising the multiple crews, ensuring everything was done to our satisfaction. We were also impressed with the seamless electronic contracting process utilized by Smith.The day after the extensive roof repair was complete, a heavy rainstorm occurred. Guess what?! No leaks!!! “I was given an accurate estimate in line with other roofers. The work was scheduled to my convenience and promptly performed. An older home the Exterior representative noticed the flashing on the chimney and boot on the kitchen exhaust pipe needed replacement and this was done at no additional charge. “We had storm damage to our roof and I called multiple places in the area trying to get a quote and to have some one tarp the hole in my roof. Falcon Roofing was the only company to respond immediately and get an estimator out to our house. The same day they had a team come to the house to tarp the damaged area and apologized as they didn't have all the materials available to actually do the fix that day. They came back as soon as they had the needed materials and finished the job. Fast, friendly, and explained everything that needed to be done. I am so impressed I am having them quote new siding and gutters since that is this year's improvement project.“

They promptly came over to do the "dry in" so no damage was done to the house. They returned several weeks later and completed the job in ONE day. “If I could give 10 stars I would. Brian and his crew repaired my leaking roof at The Mattress Place on Chapman Hwy. South Knoxville when numerous other companies over the years failed. If you want a new roof or want your old roof repaired correctly the first time these guys are miracle workers and very concerned that they make you happy from the estimate to the completed job including numerous follow up calls. This company is awesome. I waited 10 years for a company like HK to finally do it right. I havent seen a drop of water leak since they did the job.
