From the day I went to their showroom and met Sam; walked through our plans with Trish; found the granite I wanted at Stonebasyx; had our measurements done by Kyle, to today, has been the most pleasant experience. Trish was so easy to work with. Kyle was very thorough measuring, marking what work needed to be done prior to our install and it paid off because everything fit perfectly. “Smith handyman fully remodeled one bathroom and parts of a second. Kris was an amazing project manager. He kept us informed on the progress at all stages. We lost a week of work due to the winter storm but Kris still made it happen. He wasn’t opposed to get his hands dirty and went above and beyond.Two of the main technicians Andy and Jacob were also fantastic. They did great work and didn’t mind me popping my head in to see the progress. They were always professional and had wonderful customer service.
