Lee was very thorough doing his inspection. After he was done, we walked through the house again room by room as he pointed out items that would be in his report which needed to be corrected.

Thanks to Lee for helping us with our new home purchase. Lee was prompt and professional and a great guy! His Wife Kadee holds down the "Fort" and was so nice to me during what was a stressful time. Would highly recommend their services.

Lee and his office staff did an amazing job from the initial contact and throughout the entire process. They were quick to respond and answer all of my questions and address any concerns. Lee arrived on time and walked me through the inspections he would perform. It was a lot of work for him dealing with a 75 year old house, detached garage, and extra large barn. Lee and his staff are all extremely professional and know their trade extremely well. I was in real estate for a very long time in another state and he was, by far, the best home inspector I’ve ever dealt with. I will definitely be using his services again.
